Watch the three Ant-Man films in theatrical release order: Ant-Man (2015), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), then Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023). If you mean the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline, that includes many other films and shows beyond this series.
All Ant-Man movies in release order
- Ant-Man (2015) — The first film in the series, introducing Scott Lang as Ant-Man.
- Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) — The sequel follows the 2015 film. Marvel lists its release date as July 6, 2018, and director Peyton Reed emphasized that the film gives both Ant-Man and the Wasp their own stories. Marvel’s film page includes the release date and related movies.
- Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023) — The third film, released February 17, 2023. Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne return as partners. See Marvel’s film page for its details.
Should you use release order or the MCU timeline?
For an Ant-Man-only watch, release order is the straightforward choice: it follows the films as audiences first saw them. Marvel’s MCU timeline places these films among a much larger collection of MCU movies and shows. Choose that broader order only if you want to follow the franchise across its other titles as well; the three-film list is not a complete MCU viewing order.

Where to watch or buy the films
Marvel’s Quantumania page lists a Disney+ viewing option and a Blu-ray and digital purchase option. Availability can change by region and over time. If you are collecting physical media, check the current listing for Quantumania on Blu-ray; that page does not establish a complete three-film collection.
