Adriana Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, sold their Brentwood, Los Angeles, home in January 2026 for a reported $12.96 million. Traded records the closing on January 21 at $12,962,500. The sale followed a price reduction from the home’s original $15.995 million asking price.

How much did Adriana Lima sell her Los Angeles mansion for?

Realtor.com reported a sale price of $12.96 million on January 23, 2026, attributing the figure to listing agent Paul Salazar of Compass. Traded’s transaction page records $12,962,500 and a January 21, 2026 closing. The figures differ in precision: $12.96 million is the rounded reported price, while $12,962,500 is Traded’s recorded transaction amount. Realtor.com’s sale report and Traded’s transaction page provide those details.

Where was the home, and what did it include?

The property was at 455 North Bundy Drive in Brentwood, Los Angeles, on a lot reported at approximately 0.34 acre. Realtor.com described the main home and guesthouse together as roughly 7,500 square feet, with a five-bedroom main residence and a one-bedroom guesthouse. Its earlier listing coverage put the main house at about 6,500 square feet and the guesthouse at about 865 square feet; Traded lists the property at 7,521 square feet. These are source-specific reported measurements, not necessarily identical measurement bases.

Reported features included a swimming pool, home theater, wine storage and security equipment described in the listing coverage as AI cameras and laser beams around the property. Lima and Lemmers customized the interiors with antique lighting and custom window treatments. Vintage Parisian street lamps hung above the kitchen island; the buyers purchased the light fixtures separately, while roughly $20,000 worth of potted plants went with the sale price. The reporting does not establish that security equipment or other features were separately sold. Realtor.com’s August 2025 listing report describes the home and its features.

How did the sale price compare with the asking prices?

Price point Reported amount Context
Original asking price $15.995 million Listed in August 2025, according to Realtor.com’s 2026 sale coverage.
Most recent asking price $13.995 million Asking price before the sale, according to Realtor.com’s 2026 sale coverage.
Reported sale price $12.96 million Rounded figure reported by Realtor.com in January 2026.
Recorded transaction amount $12,962,500 Amount and January 21, 2026 closing date listed by Traded.
Prior purchase price $12.35 million Realtor.com reports Lima and Lemmers bought the newly built home in 2022.

Using the stated asking and rounded sale figures, the sale was about $3.035 million below the original ask and about $1.035 million below the latest ask. Those are arithmetic differences between reported prices, not measures of the sellers’ profit or loss; transaction costs, improvements, taxes and other ownership expenses are not established in the coverage.

Why did Adriana Lima and Andre Lemmers move?

In an August 11, 2025 listing report, the couple said their work increasingly took them to New York and Europe, and traveling from Los Angeles was taking too much personal time. “Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels,” they said in an email quoted by Realtor.com. That explanation accompanied the listing; it was not presented as a new comment on the January sale.

Who bought the Brentwood mansion?

The buyer was not publicly identified in the sale coverage reviewed. Realtor.com reported that the purchasers were drawn to the home’s antique fixtures, newer construction and wide lot. It also reported that the vintage Parisian street lamps were bought separately from the house.
