MJF and Hangman Page’s press conference ends in a brawl
Bryan Danielson moderated the final segment, a press conference between AEW World Champion MJF and Page ahead of their March 15 Texas Death Match at AEW Revolution. Page said he was pursuing the championship and called himself the “master of Texas Death.” AEW’s recap also reports him saying, “I have made careers and ended them in Texas Death.”
MJF complained about the Texas Death stipulation and predicted he would leave Revolution with the title. He offered a toast to Page “never being the world champion again.” Page knocked the drink away, and the two began fighting. Page hit a Deadeye and attempted to send MJF through a barbed-wire-covered board, but MJF escaped through the crowd.
