What is Unspeakable Sins about?
Helena, played by Zuria Vega, is trapped in a controlling marriage to Claudio (Erik Hayser). She plans an escape with her lover, Iván (Andrés Baida), while trying to protect her troubled son. The scheme goes wrong, drawing Helena into the aftermath of a crime and a tangle of secrets among Mexico’s elite. Netflix describes the series as a twisted telenovela; its mix of affair, blackmail, danger and family conflict makes it a relationship-driven thriller as much as a crime story.
Leticia López Margalli created the series. She also created Oscuro deseo, according to Netflix Tudum.

The first two figures come from Netflix’s Top 10 coverage, which documented consecutive weeks at the top. The later report shows the title lower on the global list after its peak. Netflix explains that its Top 10 coverage reflects selected countries and territories, and availability can vary by territory; the chart methodology is outlined in the same Netflix Top 10 resource. These 2025 results do not establish the show’s chart position in 2026.
Netflix also listed Unspeakable Sins at No. 4 in Brazil for August 11–17, 2025. That country-specific placement is separate from the global language-category rankings.

How many episodes are there, and where can you watch?
