Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 21 was announced for April 21, 2025, Japan Standard Time, in V Jump’s super-sized June edition. The official announcement did not give an exact release hour. The Naruto/Boruto site published official page-preview notices on April 14 and April 18, 2025.
When did Chapter 21 release?

What time did Chapter 21 release?
The two official notices specify the date and timezone, but not an hour or minute. They also do not establish a platform-by-platform digital release time. A precise local-time conversion or midnight release claim would therefore go beyond what those announcements confirm.
Where can readers see the official preview?
The Naruto/Boruto site published two posts advertising a peek at a page from Chapter 21: Part 1 on April 14 and Part 2 on April 18, 2025. These are official page-preview posts, not a full chapter. The accessible text identifies the posts and repeats the magazine release date, but does not describe the preview images’ story content. See Part 1 and Part 2.

Where can you read the chapter?
VIZ directs readers to MANGA Plus for the latest free chapters available in their location. MANGA Plus lists Two Blue Vortex as a monthly simulrelease series. Availability and catalog status can vary by region and may change, so check the official listings for your location: VIZ’s chapter and volume listing and MANGA Plus’s series page.
VIZ’s listing groups Chapter 21 with Chapters 22–24 near a volume purchase link and lists Vol. 5 among the collected volumes, but it does not explicitly state that Vol. 5 contains Chapter 21. Check the contents of the specific edition before buying it for this chapter.

Why the chapter date may look different in other listings
The date in the official announcement is the Japanese V Jump magazine date, expressed in JST. The notices do not reconcile that date with other regions’ calendar dates or confirm an exact digital publication time. For the verified announcement, use April 21, 2025 (JST), rather than treating it as a universal local date and time.
The series-level MANGA Plus summary describes Boruto as hunted by his village after people’s memories are altered and after he escapes with Sasuke. That is background for the broader story, not a Chapter 21 synopsis; the official preview notices do not provide a text description of the chapter’s preview pages. MANGA Plus series listing.
