What is Maxton Hall about?
Ruby attends the prestigious Maxton Hall on scholarship. After witnessing a secret involving the school’s privileged world, she clashes with James Beaufort, an heir whose family and choices shape the conflict around her. Ruby’s determination to reach Oxford gives her own ambitions a clear stake in the story, beyond the romance.
The Prime Video episode summaries describe tensions involving James’s father, Mortimer, and Ruby’s future. The series is based on Mona Kasten’s Save You trilogy: UFA Fiction identifies Save Me as the novel behind the original adaptation, while Amazon says the final season draws on the trilogy’s third book, Save Us. The books are companion source material, not a substitute for the screen cast credits.

Is Maxton Hall Season 3 out, and is it the last season?
As of October 4, 2026, Amazon had announced Season 3 as the final chapter, with six episodes scheduled to premiere December 9, 2026. That was a future release date at the time of the announcement, not confirmation that the episodes had already become available. Amazon says the first two seasons are available on Prime Video globally, though actual catalogue access can vary by country; check the local Prime Video listing for current availability or schedule changes.
Season 1 premiered May 9, 2024. Amazon reported that it had the largest first-week global viewership of any International Original in Prime Video history and reached No. 1 on Prime Video charts in more than 120 countries and territories. Those are Amazon’s launch-period claims, not independently audited figures.
