Held May 8, 2025, at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, the ceremony mixed major category awards with an anniversary opening set, a Keith Urban tribute and a series of cross-artist performances.
Who won at the 2025 ACM Awards?
Ella Langley took home five awards, the most of the night, in her first year receiving an ACM nomination. Lainey Wilson followed with four. The Academy of Country Music (ACM) says members voted on 15 categories.

“you look like you love me” won three categories: Single, Visual Media and Music Event of the Year. Brooks & Dunn’s Duo of the Year honor was their first in 15 years and their record 17th win in the category, according to ACM. Old Dominion’s eighth consecutive Group of the Year award passed Rascal Flatts’ previous record for consecutive wins, ACM reported.
What were the standout performances?
ACM’s post-event release counted 16 performances by 26 artists. The show opened with a 12-minute anniversary set drawing on Songs of the Year from six decades, featuring Reba McEntire, Clint Black, Wynonna Judd, LeAnn Rimes, Little Big Town and Dan + Shay.

Keith Urban tribute
Chris Stapleton, Megan Moroney and Brothers Osborne performed Keith Urban songs in recognition of Urban’s ACM Triple Crown achievement. Urban joined Brothers Osborne onstage.
Collaborations and special moments
- Brooks & Dunn and Cody Johnson performed “Red Dirt Road.”
- Jelly Roll and Shaboozey performed “Amen” with a 16-person choir.
- Miranda Lambert brought Ella Langley onstage for “Kerosene,” marking the song’s 20th anniversary.
- Rascal Flatts and Backstreet Boys combined songs including “What Hurts the Most,” “I Dare You,” “Larger Than Life” and “Life is a Highway.”
- Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson debuted “Trailblazer” together on the ACM stage.
ACM also listed individual performances by Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Eric Church, Jelly Roll, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert and Zach Top.

Who hosted, and where was the ceremony?
Reba McEntire hosted the two-and-a-half-hour, commercial-free show at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. ACM, Prime Video and Dick Clark Productions presented the 60th ACM Awards on May 8, 2025.
Alan Jackson received the inaugural Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award. ACM said the honor recognizes an iconic artist, duo or group for national and international stature, considering concert performances, philanthropy, record sales, streaming and public representation. In its award summary, ACM credited Jackson with 75 million records sold worldwide, more than 50 Top 10 hits and 35 No. 1 singles on Billboard’s Country charts; those career figures are ACM’s reported figures.

Cody Johnson, Zach Top and The Red Clay Strays were among the ceremony’s first-time winners. Accepting Female Artist of the Year, Wilson said, “the girls are kicking down some barn doors—and I love it!”

Before the event, ACM announced that the ceremony would stream live internationally on Prime Video and Amazon Music’s channel on Twitch. ACM described the stream as reaching viewers in more than 240 countries and territories; that figure refers to distribution reach, not a measured audience count.

In its May 15, 2025 event-week recap, ACM said the show was available on demand on Prime Video. That was a report of availability at the time, not confirmation that the replay remains in the service’s current catalog.
