Are Eric and Leida divorced?

On August 28, 2025, Eric and Leida jointly asked the court to dismiss the separation case without further proceedings. The report did not give a reason. Dismissing that case does not by itself prove they reconciled, nor does it establish a final divorce.

Does Eric’s 2026 court case affect the divorce question?
No. Us Weekly reported in May 2026 that Eric pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct with domestic-abuse assessments and that a battery charge was dismissed. That is a separate criminal case and does not establish whether Eric and Leida divorced or reconciled: Us Weekly’s report.
