The 2024 list of 24 AI movies on Netflix is a useful discovery guide, not a guarantee that every title is streaming in your country today. It also includes series and an interactive film, not just movies. Use the list below to find a title by format, tone, and how central artificial intelligence is to its story, then search your own Netflix catalog for current availability.
Are these 24 AI titles available on Netflix now?
Not necessarily. The inventory below comes from an article published on February 8, 2024; it is not a verified 2026 catalog check. Netflix’s available titles vary by country, and availability can change. Netflix advises members to search for a specific title; what appears can also be affected by profile maturity settings and language preferences. Its recommendation rows are personalized, so a title missing from your homepage does not establish that it is absent from the catalog. Netflix Help: How to search and browse Netflix; Netflix Help: TV shows and movies missing from Netflix; Netflix Tudum’s AI-film guide, September 9, 2025.
- Open Netflix and search the exact title, including punctuation where relevant.
- If it does not appear, check the profile’s maturity level and language preferences, then search again.
- Use the catalog for your own country and date as the final check; a recommendation row is personalized rather than a complete catalog listing.
Because no target country or current title-by-title availability check is established here, the entries below should be read as titles in the 2024 list, not as a promise that they are streaming now.
The 24 titles, grouped by format and viewing mood
The original inventory mixes genres and formats, and AI is not equally central to every story. This guide retains its 24 titles while distinguishing films, series, documentaries, and interactive storytelling. It is a discovery list, not a measured or ranked assessment of which titles are objectively best.

Which AI title should you watch first?
Choose by the kind of experience you want rather than by a universal ranking. The titles range from documentaries to animation, horror, and interactive fiction, and AI can be the central character, a tool, or simply part of the setting.
- For a documentary: Start with The Social Dilemma for social platforms, Coded Bias for algorithmic bias, or Unknown: Killer Robots for military AI.
- For an AI-consciousness thriller: Try Ex Machina or TAU.
- For an action-driven machine conflict: Consider The Matrix, Chappie, I Am Mother, or Stealth.
- For animation: Choose the family adventure The Mitchells vs. The Machines or the varied short stories in Love, Death & Robots.
- For an interactive story: Pick Black Mirror: Bandersnatch if you want choices to shape the viewing experience.
- For AI in a domestic or romantic setting: Look at Bigbug or AI Love You.
Check the maturity information shown in your Netflix catalog before choosing with children or other viewers; there is no consistent verified rating set for all 24 titles in this list.
