What the Season 3 trailer sets up
The story follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, Sydney Adamu, and Richard “Richie” Jerimovich as they try to raise The Bear—their former beef stand, now a fine-dining restaurant—to a higher level without letting the business fail. The trailer announcement focuses on Carmy’s exacting standards, the crew’s effort to meet them, and the pressure that ambition places on the restaurant’s relationships.
Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach lead the cast. Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Matty Matheson also star, with Oliver Platt and Molly Gordon in recurring roles, according to the Disney+ UK release notice.

Partnership and grief
In a later Season 3 feature, Disney says Carmy offers Sydney a partnership agreement and identifies grief as an underlying thread in the season. Those are details from Disney’s preview, rather than an independent assessment of the show.
What Disney reported about the premiere
The Walt Disney Company reported 5.4 million global premiere views during the first four days, a 24% increase over the Season 2 premiere. Disney said the figure included views in the US on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, as well as Disney+ in selected international markets. It is a company-reported measure of premiere views—not an independently audited count or a measure of the full season audience. See Disney’s Season 3 feature.
