Selling the OC began with a group of agents at the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach office, led by Jason Oppenheim. The season-one cast included Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Kayla Cardona, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Polly Brindle, Tyler Stanaland and Gio Helou. That is the launch lineup—not a roster for every later season. Netflix lists four seasons, and season four arrived November 12, 2025.
What is Selling the OC about?
The Netflix series is a spin-off of Selling Sunset, following the Oppenheim Group’s expansion into Orange County. Its launch-era story centers on the firm’s Newport Beach office and agents pursuing multimillion-dollar luxury-property deals. Netflix’s 2022 cast guide describes Jason Oppenheim as the boss, mentor and friend of the new agents.
Who was in the original season-one cast?
Netflix’s launch-season guide named nine agents alongside Oppenheim. The three similar names are easy to mix up, so the distinctions matter: Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose are three separate cast members.
| Season-one cast member | Quick identifier |
|---|---|
| Alex Hall | One of the three Alex/ Alexandra names in the original lineup. |
| Alexandra Jarvis | A different agent from Alex Hall and Alexandra Rose. |
| Alexandra Rose | The third of the original cast’s three Alex/ Alexandra names. |
| Kayla Cardona | Season-one agent. |
| Austin Victoria | Season-one agent. |
| Brandi Marshall | Season-one agent. |
| Polly Brindle | Season-one agent. |
| Tyler Stanaland | Season-one agent. |
| Gio Helou | Season-one agent. |
| Jason Oppenheim | Leads the Newport Beach office in Netflix’s launch-era description. |
Creator Adam DiVello summed up the ensemble to Netflix Tudum: “The cast is just wild, right from the jump; they don’t hold back.”

How did the cast change after season one?
The lineup shifted by season, so a single undated cast list can be misleading. Netflix’s season-three guide named 11 returning agents: Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Brandi Marshall, Polly Brindle, Alex Hall, Gio Helou, Alexandra Rose, Tyler Stanaland, Austin Victoria, Sean Palmieri and Ali Harper.
Netflix lists Selling the OC as a 2022 series with four seasons on its show page (catalog listing checked October 4, 2026). Season four was released in the United States on November 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. GMT. Its cast guide introduced agents Ashtyn Zerboni, Fiona Belle and Kaylee Ricciardi, alongside established cast members Alex Hall, Tyler Stanaland, Polly Brindle, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria and Jason Oppenheim.

These are season-specific cast descriptions, not confirmation of anyone’s brokerage affiliation after filming or release. Netflix Tudum’s 2025 season-four guide also reports that the Oppenheim Group and its agents have closed more than $4.5 billion in sales; that is a brokerage-wide figure, not an independently audited total or sales attributed only to the Orange County cast.
