Botched doctors Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow reportedly declined to perform procedures Jordan James Parke sought during his 2019 appearance and advised him against further plastic surgery, according to Us Weekly. That report is separate from the investigation into Parke’s death: police have described the death as unexplained, and the available accounts do not establish a cause.
What did the Botched doctors reportedly tell Jordan James Parke?
Us Weekly reported on 23 February 2026 that Nassif and Dubrow declined to operate on Parke during his later appearance on Botched and strongly advised him to avoid further plastic surgery. Us Weekly says Parke returned to the show in 2019 seeking liposuction and a fourth nose job.

The account is secondary reporting, not a transcript: the article does not provide the doctors’ exact words. Their reported advice should therefore be described as a paraphrase, not presented in quotation marks.
When did Parke appear on Botched?
Us Weekly reports that Parke appeared on the reality series twice, first in 2015 and again in 2019. In the later visit, he sought liposuction and another nose operation. The report says the doctors declined those procedures and advised against additional surgery.

What is known about Parke’s death?
Parke, 34, was found unresponsive at Lincoln Plaza in Canary Wharf, London, on 18 February 2026. The Metropolitan Police statement reproduced by ITV News said officers were called at 12:38 GMT and that a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the statement published by ITV on 23 February, the Metropolitan Police said: “His death is currently being treated as unexplained, and an investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing. However, officers are reviewing information that suggests the victim may have been undergoing a cosmetic procedure prior to his death. This is an initial line of enquiry at this stage.” The police wording describes an investigative lead, not a confirmed account of what happened or a medical cause of death.

What has police said about the investigation?
The police statement reproduced by ITV said a 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter on 20 February and later released on bail pending further investigation. An arrest on suspicion is not a finding of guilt.
A later indexed Metropolitan Police information-page update said a post-mortem had taken place and further medical enquiries were ongoing. That page could not be opened at its live URL, so this limited update does not establish a final cause of death or the investigation’s outcome.

What remains unconfirmed?
- The available police accounts do not establish Parke’s cause of death.
- Police initially described possible cosmetic-procedure involvement as an initial line of enquiry, not a conclusion.
- The reported advice from Nassif and Dubrow has not been verified here against an episode transcript or an exact quotation.
- Nothing in the cited accounts shows that the doctors’ advice predicted or caused Parke’s death.
