Bachelor in Paradise is absent from ABC’s fall 2026 primetime lineup, but ABC says the series will return in 2027. The network has not announced a premiere date or explained why the show is not airing this fall.
Why isn’t Bachelor in Paradise on ABC this fall?
ABC’s fall 2026 schedule, published May 12, leaves Bachelor in Paradise out of the lineup. The announcement does not give a reason for the omission, so claims that it was caused by ratings, production problems, or cancellation are not established. ABC’s fall 2026 schedule announcement lists the network’s fall programming and says the next season of the series is planned for 2027.

When will the next season premiere?
ABC says new seasons of The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise will debut in 2027. The network has not provided an exact premiere date; its announcement says premiere dates will be announced later. It also does not specify a month or confirm that the show will return in summer.
The prior season was season 10, which ABC scheduled to premiere July 7, 2025. That earlier summer slot is context, not a confirmed pattern for the next season. ABC’s 2025 summer premiere announcement includes the season 10 date.
