What is Chubby Buttons 2?
Chubby Buttons describes its second-generation device as a “Wearable/Stickable Bluetooth Remote.” It is intended to let users control phone functions without handling the phone, including when exercising or wearing gloves. The company describes oversized buttons, a ruggedized and weather-proof design, and a nanosuction backing for attachment to smooth surfaces such as tiles, mirrors, windows, and metal. Battery, range, and weather guidance
Chubby Buttons says the remote uses one CR-2032 battery, includes two batteries, and should provide at least four months of battery life per battery. It estimates Bluetooth range at up to 200 feet with an unobstructed line of sight and says users would normally get at least 75 feet in crowded areas. These figures are manufacturer claims; no independent testing is established here. The company says rain, snow, and sweat are acceptable, but warns against submerging the device.
