Resident Evil Requiem shows Leon S. Kennedy wearing a ring, but the reporting around the game does not identify who he married. Director Koshi Nakanishi reportedly described the ring as a symbol of Leon having a place to return to—not as a clue naming a spouse. Ada Wong, Claire Redfield, and other proposed partners remain fan speculation unless Capcom confirms otherwise.
Does Resident Evil Requiem reveal who Leon married?
No. GameSpot reports that a ring appears in a final scene and unlockable concept art, but its account of director Koshi Nakanishi’s comments does not name a partner. The ring is a personal-life hint; it is not confirmation of a particular marriage. GameSpot’s report

What does the ring mean?
According to GameSpot’s account of Nakanishi’s response, the ring symbolizes Leon having a place to return to. That gives the detail an emotional meaning, but it does not establish who that person or place is connected to, or identify a spouse.
What has Leon’s voice actor said?
GamesRadar+ reports that Nick Apostolides, Leon’s English voice actor, said he did not know whom Leon had married and referred the question to Capcom. That describes Apostolides’ knowledge; it does not establish what Capcom may know or whether the company has settled the question in its broader canon. GamesRadar+’s report

Are Ada Wong or Claire Redfield confirmed as Leon’s spouse?
No spouse is named in the cited reporting. Ada, Claire, or any other proposed partner should therefore be treated as fan speculation, not established canon. The ring and the director’s reported explanation do not distinguish among those theories.
