Reports published in 2025 said they ended their relationship and engagement in January 2025, after about six years together.
Who is Joseph Jingoli?
Jingoli is a construction and development executive and the CEO of Jingoli, a family business. The company describes itself as a fifth-generation business working across power and energy, economic development, healthcare, gaming, education, and industrial and manufacturing projects. The family business was founded in 1922, according to the South China Morning Post.
Unlike Hadid, a former model and reality-TV personality, Jingoli has not been a regular public figure. Public reporting does not establish his age, education, net worth, or a detailed personal biography.
How did Yolanda Hadid and Joseph Jingoli meet?
Their story began at Hadid’s Pennsylvania farm. Hadid has said she had taken time to focus on healing and becoming more independent after Lyme disease and her divorce. She described writing down what she wanted in a partner, then said Jingoli “magically just rang the doorbell at the farm.” The South China Morning Post reported that Jingoli rang her doorbell; Bravo dates their relationship to 2019.

What did they have in common?
Hadid and Jingoli shared an interest in horses and country living. They lived about 10 miles apart in Pennsylvania, according to Bravo, and spent time together at horse shows and a ranch in Fort Worth. Hadid described the farm and horses as a central connection: “What has connected us is probably horses and the farm life.”

In a home-tour interview reported by Bravo, Hadid also said Jingoli was 39 years sober. She explained that she made a honey bar instead of the tequila bar she had first considered, collected honey while traveling, and kept bees at their Pennsylvania property.

Reports published in June and July 2025 said the engagement and relationship had ended in January 2025 or early that year. Bravo’s July update, citing People, described the split as quiet and said the couple had been together for six years. Bravo also reported an insider’s account that they remained friends; neither detail establishes a more specific public explanation for the breakup.
