Billboard reported that the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour grossed $939.1 million and sold about six million tickets, citing Billboard Boxscore figures. A separate Billboard profile quoted AEG executive Debra Rathwell describing the tour as 330 shows, six million tickets and approximately $939 million gross.
