The investigation draws the agents into conflict with The Corporation, a tech billionaire who secretly engineered the treatment and wants to protect his enterprise. “Shady billionaire” describes Kutcher’s fictional character in the story, not the actor. The premise is science fiction, not a claim about real medicine.
What does the trailer reveal?
In the trailer, The Corporation pitches the treatment with the line: “I’m the world’s greatest God damn advertisement for the hottest new super drug that makes you effortlessly beautiful.” The Assassin, played by Anthony Ramos, calls it “the closest to the fountain of youth anyone is ever going to get, which of course, comes with problems.” Both are lines of dialogue from fictional characters, not endorsements or descriptions of a real product.
