Priya Koothrappali, Raj’s sister, leaves The Big Bang Theory after moving back to India. Her last listed appearance is in season five, episode seven, “The Good Guy Fluctuation,” where her long-distance relationship with Leonard is put under strain. The series’ episode descriptions do not establish what happens to Priya after that.
Why Priya and Leonard were apart
Played by Aarti Mann, Priya first appears in season four and rekindles a past relationship with Leonard. Their relationship becomes serious enough that Leonard stays with her. In the season-four finale, “The Roommate Transmogrification,” Raj becomes Sheldon’s roommate as a result. Apple TV’s episode listing credits Mann as Priya and describes the finale’s setup.
By season five, Priya has moved back to India, and she and Leonard are trying to maintain a long-distance relationship. In “The Good Guy Fluctuation,” Leonard meets a comic-book artist and is drawn to her, creating tension in his relationship with Priya. The episode guide lists this as Mann’s final appearance in the series.
What the show establishes about Priya afterward
The available episode and performer descriptions do not say what ultimately happens to Priya after “The Good Guy Fluctuation.” They do not establish that she and Leonard reconcile, that she returns to the United States, or that she stays in India permanently. Her last listed appearance is the end of what those sources document, not a definitive account of her later life.

What happened to Aarti Mann?
Mann continued acting after her role on The Big Bang Theory. Apple TV’s performer profile notes appearances in Leverage and Suits, and says she was included in the main cast of The Recruit in 2022. Those are details about Mann’s career, not further story developments for Priya.
