How certain are these ages?
The figures above are attributed to Neeotaku’s 2021 opening-anime roundup, not to an official age chart. The official Naruto site frames the opening with Naruto as Seventh Hokage and Boruto entering the Academy. The official Sarada feature describes her family and her connection to Boruto and Mitsuki, while TV Tokyo’s character page identifies the cast and relationships. Those pages provide story context, not the ages in the tables.
“Every main character” does not describe a fixed official roster. These tables focus on the central new-generation trio and a small selection of prominent family and mentor characters. Naruto and Sasuke are important to the story, but the cited roundup excerpt does not state their ages at the Boruto opening. Ages listed for them in earlier Naruto story phases should not be carried forward as exact opening-era figures without a time-specific source.

Why the story point matters
Character ages change across the series. An age assigned to an earlier Naruto arc, a later Boruto arc, or the post-timeskip story does not automatically apply to the anime’s Academy-era opening. For this specific point in the timeline, the clearest reported answer is that Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki are 12, with Sakura’s age remaining uncertain between 32 and 33.
