Why did the Lincoln Police Department participate?
According to KLKN, Imagine Documentaries and director Brian Biegel contacted LPD about a year before the report. The department said its involvement depended on the family’s wishes: it would participate only if Loofe’s family chose to share its story. The family ultimately decided to be involved.
