MenoPalz plans to bring The M Factor 2: Before the Pause – Perimenopause to Reno on October 15, 2026, for what the organizer describes as Nevada’s first screening. The screening is part of a two-day program on October 14–15 that also includes a workplace workshop, comedy, an expert panel and audience Q&A.
When and where is the screening?
The screening is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, at the National Automobile Museum in downtown Reno. MenoPalz lists seating at 4:45 p.m., a film introduction at 4:55 p.m. and the screening at 5 p.m. KOLO independently reported the October 15 screening at the museum. Check the MenoPalz event page for current schedule, venue and ticket details, as event information can change.
What happens during the two-day event?
Wednesday, October 14: workplace workshop
The program begins with “Menopause at Work: From Awareness to Action” at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, followed by a welcome reception, according to the organizer. KOLO also reported the workshop and its October 14 date.
Thursday, October 15: film and discussion
After the screening, the event page lists a comedy performance by the Boomer Broads, a live expert panel and audience Q&A. The organizer presents the program as a combination of education, entertainment and networking.

What is the documentary about?
MenoPalz describes The M Factor 2: Before the Pause – Perimenopause as a documentary about perimenopause and its effects on relationships and bone, brain and heart health. The event page says the film was produced by Women in the Room Productions and Take Flight Productions and that the screening is presented under official licensing.
Those descriptions reflect the organizer’s framing. The event announcement and KOLO report do not independently assess the documentary’s medical claims or establish that workplace interventions discussed at the event produce particular outcomes. MenoPalz says the program is for educational and entertainment purposes, not medical advice.

Who is the event for?
The organizer identifies HR and people leaders, employers, healthcare professionals, benefits and learning leaders, policymakers, advocates, women and allies as intended attendees. The workshop and discussion frame midlife health as both a personal health subject and a workplace consideration.
MenoPalz lists ticket options and corporate tables on its event page. Availability and program details should be confirmed there before making plans. KOLO’s announcement is available at KOLO-TV; general information about the organizer is at MenoPalz.
