For the 2020–2026 television series All Creatures Great and Small, a community-maintained screen-vehicle catalogue identifies four vintage cars: a recurring 1933 Vauxhall, two different Rolls-Royces, and a 1937 Riley. The selection is specific to this adaptation; the 1978–1990 series has a separate vehicle list.
Which cars are in the 2020–2026 series?
The identifications and episode ranges below are listed by IMCDb.org, a community-maintained catalogue of vehicles seen on screen. Its entries are useful for spotting makes and models, but they are not production-company records. The catalogue’s labels describe screen use at different levels of specificity, so they should not be read as a measure of exact screen time.
| Car | Catalogue appearance | Body description |
|---|---|---|
| 1933 Vauxhall 14 hp Light Six Deluxe | Listed from episode 1.01 onward; marked as used a lot by a main character or for a long time. | Not stated in the reviewed entry. |
| 1930 Rolls-Royce 20 h.p. | Listed in episode 2.03; marked as a minor-action or short-scene vehicle. | Convertible. |
| 1933 Rolls-Royce 20/25 h.p. Windovers D-back limousine | Listed from episode 4.05 onward; marked as used by a character or in a chase. | Windovers D-back limousine. |
| 1937 Riley 15/6 Kestrel | Listed from episode 1.03 onward; no individual scene description is established in the reviewed record. | Kestrel; no further body description established. |
The four cars, one by one
1933 Vauxhall 14 hp Light Six Deluxe
The Vauxhall is the strongest choice for a lead image if the aim is to show a car that recurs: IMCDb lists it from the first episode, 1.01, onward and marks it as used a lot by a main character or for a long time. The catalogue’s comment history also records appearances in later episodes. That supports describing it as a recurring screen car, but not assigning ownership or a specific character without another source. See the IMCDb series catalogue.
1930 Rolls-Royce 20 h.p. convertible
This Rolls-Royce appears in the catalogue for episode 2.03 and is labelled a minor-action or short-scene vehicle. The listing gives registration GLN73 and a first-registration date of June 1930. Those details are catalogue information, not independent confirmation of the car’s production history. Consult the IMCDb listing.

1933 Rolls-Royce 20/25 h.p. Windovers D-back limousine
A separate Rolls-Royce is listed from episode 4.05 onward. IMCDb identifies its coachbuilt body as a Windovers D-back limousine and marks it as used by a character or in a chase. A contributor’s comment gives the registrations GGA78 / AXV 74; the catalogue does not make that comment equivalent to an authoritative vehicle record. Browse the IMCDb catalogue.
1937 Riley 15/6 Kestrel
The series catalogue lists a 1937 Riley 15/6 Kestrel from episode 1.03 onward. The reviewed material does not provide an individual scene description or establish a character association, so it is safest to identify the car by make, model, year, and listed episode range only. Why the Rolls-Royces should not be confused
The two catalogue entries describe different cars, not alternate names for one vehicle. One is a 1930 20 h.p. convertible associated with episode 2.03; the other is a 1933 20/25 h.p. Windovers D-back limousine listed from episode 4.05 onward. Their years, model designations, body descriptions, and catalogue episode notes distinguish them.

How to read the car list
- Recurring presence: The Vauxhall has the clearest catalogue support for sustained screen use. The other entries do not carry the same prominence label.
- Body styles: The catalogue explicitly identifies a convertible and a limousine among the four; it does not state a body description for the Vauxhall in the reviewed entry.
- Adaptation matters: This is a selection from the 2020–2026 series, not a franchise-wide inventory. The 1978–1990 television adaptation has a different vehicle list.
- Evidence has limits: IMCDb entries and contributor comments support vehicle spotting, but do not establish ownership, restoration condition, original specifications, production stories, or on-set use beyond the catalogue’s own labels.
