Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce kissed on the field at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on February 11, 2024, after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25–22 in Super Bowl LVIII, according to The Associated Press.
What happened on the field after Super Bowl LVIII?
After Kansas City secured the win, Swift embraced Kelce and the two kissed amid the Chiefs’ on-field celebration. AP’s account places the moment at Allegiant Stadium, as the team celebrated with the Lombardi Trophy. The game ended 25–22 in Kansas City’s favor.
How this differed from their AFC Championship kiss
The Super Bowl scene was a separate moment from the kiss after the Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens 17–10 in the AFC Championship game on January 28, 2024. AP photographer Julio Cortez’s feature documents that earlier image; it was taken in Baltimore, not at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. The two celebrations are easy to conflate because both followed major Chiefs wins, but they happened at different games and on different dates.
What Kelce said before the game
Before Super Bowl LVIII, Kelce spoke about Swift and the possibility of winning the championship. NFL.com reported him saying, “She’s unbelievable. She’s rewriting the history books herself,” and that he had told her he would “hold up my end of the bargain and come home with hardware, too.” Those were pregame remarks, not words exchanged during the on-field kiss.

The later Las Vegas celebration
The field celebration was not the only postgame scene reported that night. ABC News said Swift and Kelce later celebrated at XS Nightclub at the Wynn Las Vegas, where they danced to a remix of “Love Story” and shared another kiss. That nightclub account describes a later setting, separate from the moment at Allegiant Stadium.
