Beyoncé headlined the halftime show during Netflix’s first NFL Christmas Gameday on December 25, 2024, performing at NRG Stadium in Houston as the Texans hosted the Ravens. Post Malone joined her for “LEVII’S JEANS,” and her daughter Blue Ivy Carter appeared as a dancer. The Associated Press reported at the time that “the broadcast itself went off just fine”—a contemporaneous account, not a guarantee that every viewer had a glitch-free stream.
What was Beyoncé’s Netflix halftime show?
The performance was the halftime entertainment for the Baltimore Ravens–Houston Texans game at NRG Stadium on Christmas Day 2024. It was Beyoncé’s hometown show and drew heavily on songs from her album COWBOY CARTER. Parkwood Entertainment and Jesse Collins Entertainment produced it. Netflix described the set as lasting more than 12 minutes, while its catalogue lists the standalone special, “Beyoncé Bowl,” at 13 minutes; those are the respective descriptions from Netflix’s event recap and its catalogue page.
The production opened with Beyoncé entering on horseback and used Western and rodeo imagery. Netflix’s account names rodeo participants Melanie Rivera, Myrtis Dightman, Jr., Nikki Woodward, and Ja’Dayia Kursh. The show also featured the Texans cheerleaders and nearly 200 members of Texas Southern University’s Ocean of Soul Marching Band.

What was the Beyoncé Bowl setlist?
The Houston Texans published this ten-track setlist:
- “16 CARRIAGES”
- “BLACKBIIRD”
- “YA YA”
- “SWEET⭐️HONEY⭐️BUCKIN’”
- “MY HOUSE”
- “RIIVERDANCE”
- “SPAGHETTII”
- “LEVII’S JEANS”
- “JOLENE”
- “TEXAS HOLD ’EM”
The Texans’ page calls this the full ten-song list. Netflix’s separate recap also mentions “AMERIICAN REQUIEM” among songs in the set, describing its examples as including, rather than being limited to, the tracks it names. The two accounts therefore do not establish a single expanded track count. Beyoncé ended with “TEXAS HOLD ’EM,” rising toward the rafters, according to Netflix’s recap of the performance.

How many people watched?
Netflix’s December 2024 audience release, updated December 31 and attributing figures to Nielsen, reported more than 27 million viewers at the U.S. viewership peak during Beyoncé Bowl. That is a peak figure, not a count of unique viewers who watched the halftime special. The same release reported nearly 65 million unduplicated U.S. viewers for the combined Christmas Day NFL audience and a 24.3 million average-minute audience for Ravens–Texans. It also reported 5.1 million U.S. viewers ages 18–34 for that game, describing it as a Christmas Day game record against Nielsen records dating to 2001.
Netflix said its average-minute figures used Fast National Live + Same Day data, combining out-of-home and CBS local-market viewing with Netflix mobile and web data and NFL+ mobile viewing. The audience figures and methodology are in Netflix’s release.
