Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother is Jackson Mahomes, whom news reports describe as a social-media influencer. Jackson was also the subject of a Kansas criminal case: three felony counts were dismissed in January 2024, and he later pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge, receiving six months’ probation.
Who is Jackson Mahomes?
Jackson Mahomes is the younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The Associated Press describes Jackson as a social-media influencer. The available reporting cited here does not establish a full or current account of his creator career, so details such as present-day platform activity and follower counts should not be assumed.
What happened in Jackson Mahomes’ court case?
The case stemmed from a reported February 25, 2023 incident at Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, Kansas. The allegations reported at the time were attributed to investigators, prosecutors and people involved; they should not be treated as proven conduct. When Jackson was arrested in May 2023, his attorney disputed the claims, according to The Kansas City Star.
Three felony counts were dismissed
In January 2024, prosecutors sought dismissal of three aggravated sexual battery counts, and a judge dismissed them. The Associated Press reported that a court filing cited a lack of cooperation by the alleged victim. A separate misdemeanor battery count remained pending at that point. Read the AP account of the dismissal.

Is Patrick Mahomes involved in the case?
The reporting identifies Patrick and Jackson as brothers; the criminal case and its court outcomes concern Jackson. The sources cited here do not report Patrick as involved in or responsible for the case.
