Not according to StreamVoodoo’s published FAQ. It describes routing video playback with audio into a room through an OBS virtual camera or NDI output, but it does not document a built-in loop feature, importing a hosted video URL, or avoiding every upload or transfer. The right method depends on whether you want a clip to repeat for viewers, send playback into a StreamVoodoo room, or run a continuous prerecorded broadcast.
What StreamVoodoo documents
StreamVoodoo describes its core use as connecting multiple live video feeds in a browser. For playing video with audio into a room, its FAQ says to use a virtual camera from OBS or an NDI output. It does not say that StreamVoodoo stores a video, repeats it natively, or imports a hosted-video link. See the StreamVoodoo WebApp FAQ.
Its Magic Links are described as individual room video outputs with sound that can be shared or added as browser sources in OBS or vMix. They are not described as stored files or looping playlists. Consequently, the documented playback route is a way to send a source into a room—not evidence of a native StreamVoodoo loop or a guaranteed way to avoid uploading or transferring media.
Choose the workflow that matches what you mean by “loop”

Send playback into a StreamVoodoo room
- Prepare an accessible playback source. Open the clip in a player available to your setup. StreamVoodoo’s FAQ does not establish that you can paste a hosted video URL into a room or that this route avoids all transfer.
- Choose the documented input route. Use an OBS virtual camera or configure an NDI output, the options named in StreamVoodoo’s FAQ for video playback with audio.
- Route audio separately as needed. The FAQ names the video input route but does not provide detailed audio-routing or loop configuration steps. Confirm the room receives both picture and sound in your own setup.
- Set repeat in the playback source. The FAQ does not specify a StreamVoodoo loop setting. If repeat is needed, configure it where the clip is playing and verify that playback continues as intended.
- Check the actual room output. Confirm picture, sound, and repeat behavior before relying on the feed. OBS/NDI routing is the documented path; a successful configuration or particular loop behavior is not guaranteed by the FAQ.
If you only need a viewer to repeat a video
Use the video player’s loop feature instead of routing playback through StreamVoodoo. YouTube’s instructions cover repeating an individual video or a playlist on computer and mobile, as well as controls for TV and console: Loop videos or playlists on YouTube. This repeats playback for the viewer; it is not a continuous live stream.

If you mean a continuous prerecorded broadcast
A continuous broadcast assembled from prerecorded media is a different workflow from repeating a clip in a player or sending playback into a StreamVoodoo room. Streamloop describes a service that imports or uploads media, arranges it in playlists, and broadcasts continuously. Those are vendor claims about Streamloop, not evidence of StreamVoodoo functionality. Confirm accepted sources, platform rules, and terms with the service before choosing it. See Streamloop.
Rights and terms to check
StreamVoodoo’s available terms page is a legacy page that gives an effective date of December 14, 2022. It says users are responsible for having the rights needed to upload content and prohibits transmitting material that may infringe third-party rights. Whichever route you use, make sure you have the necessary rights to the video and audio and that your intended use follows the applicable service and platform rules.
