Do not pay again until you know whether the first attempt went through. StreamVoodoo’s published terms describe payment by credit card or another method selected by the customer and approved by StreamVoodoo, but do not specifically confirm UPI acceptance. Its public FAQ also does not describe a failed-UPI process or response timeline, so UPI availability for your account and checkout is unverified.
First, check what happened to the payment
Open the UPI app used at checkout and check the linked bank account. Note the exact status shown; a failed attempt, a pending transaction, and a debit without an active subscription require different follow-up.
- Failed: The app or bank marks the attempt failed and you do not see a corresponding debit. Save the checkout error and transaction details, then confirm which payment methods the StreamVoodoo checkout offers before trying another method.
- Pending: The app or bank has not settled the status. Keep the transaction reference and wait for the status to update; do not submit a second payment while the first is unresolved.
- Debited, but no subscription confirmation: Save the debit and reference number. Ask StreamVoodoo whether the payment reached its processor and whether a subscription was activated. If StreamVoodoo cannot confirm it, ask your bank or UPI app to trace the transaction using its reference.
- Subscription active: Check the account or plan page before making any further payment. If checkout displayed an error despite an active subscription, contact StreamVoodoo with the error and transaction details.
Keep the transaction date, amount, UPI reference, account email, and exact checkout message together. Share them only through the service’s official support route or your bank’s official app or contact channel.
Does StreamVoodoo accept UPI?
StreamVoodoo’s terms say it may charge a customer’s credit card or another payment mechanism selected by the customer and approved by StreamVoodoo. They do not name UPI. The practical check is the payment-method list shown in your own checkout: do not assume UPI is supported unless that checkout presents it as an available method. Availability may vary, and the public information reviewed does not establish Indian payment availability.

StreamVoodoo describes itself as browser-based video and audio production software. Its WebApp FAQ says, “StreamVoodoo allows you to connect multiple high definition videos with studio quality sound in real time using only a web browser.” The reviewed material describes production and broadcast rooms, not creator earnings or payout processing; a failed checkout is a subscription-payment issue, not evidence of a problem with creator payouts.
How to contact StreamVoodoo and your bank
Ask StreamVoodoo to verify the checkout
StreamVoodoo’s public service page lists email and a contact form. Use one of those routes and include your account email, payment date and amount, transaction reference, checkout message, and whether the subscription appears active. Ask whether the attempt reached its payment processor and whether the plan was activated. The public information reviewed does not establish a dedicated billing escalation channel for India.

Ask the bank or UPI app to trace a debit
If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but StreamVoodoo has not confirmed the subscription, request a trace using the transaction reference. Keep any case number and follow the bank or app’s instructions. Neither the public StreamVoodoo pages reviewed nor its terms establish a guaranteed reversal deadline, so do not rely on a particular time for the money to return.
Refunds and cancellation: read the applicable terms
StreamVoodoo’s published terms, effective December 14, 2022, state that payment obligations are non-cancelable and amounts paid are non-refundable during the initial or current renewal term. Read the terms and the order form that applies to your subscription before requesting cancellation or a refund. The terms do not establish that StreamVoodoo will refund a failed or disputed payment, and a bank trace is not a promise of a particular outcome.
