Other destinations or an embedded player
If the same program must appear on a website player or additional platforms, compare the service’s supported destinations and output options. StreamNeo streams to YouTube only. What to verify in a trial or sales conversation

YouTube rules that matter for recorded classes
Do not rely on one 24/7 stream for complete replays
YouTube Help says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, while streams exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. If students need replays, keep the original class files as separate uploads or arrange another recording and archive workflow. Get rights for every part of the lesson
Using a cloud service to transmit a recording does not give you rights to its contents. YouTube’s livestream terms make the content provider responsible for having the necessary rights to stream material on Google services, including applicable music rights. Check permissions for the instructor recording, slides, readings, clips, music, and any other third-party material, including permission to rebroadcast and archive it.
Original educational value still matters for monetization
YouTube’s channel monetization policy applies to live streams and expects content to be original and authentic; generic, repetitive, or mass-produced material may not be eligible. A channel of recorded classes is not automatically disqualified because it runs continuously, but a streaming service cannot guarantee monetization. Make the educational purpose clear and ensure the channel offers substantive lessons rather than relying on a repeated loop as a shortcut.

Enable live access and test before launch
For first-time live streaming, YouTube says enabling access may take up to 24 hours. Verify the account and enable live access ahead of launch, then test the complete path privately: upload or select a class, configure the cloud service, connect YouTube, and confirm playback and audio. Decide who will monitor stream health and moderate chat or comments. An always-on stream still needs an owner for failed uploads, expired credentials, and other interruptions.

Compare the real workload, not just the headline feature
A recorded-class channel can be simple to operate when it is one stable playlist, but the service choice changes if lessons have fixed start times, instructors must join live, archives need to be complete, or multiple channels must run at once. Before paying, test the exact course workflow and validate the service’s current plan matrix.
