On a computer, open the YouTube playlist, choose Share → Embed, copy the HTML, then paste it into the HTML view of the Blogger post or page where you want the player. Preview the page before publishing. The steps combine YouTube’s embed workflow with Blogger’s HTML editor; Blogger does not provide a playlist-specific walkthrough.
Get the embed code from the playlist

Open the playlist itself on a computer, not an individual video from the playlist. Check that its URL identifies a playlist and includes a
listID. YouTube’s playlist help is available in an India-localized version: YouTube: Share playlists. -
Choose Share, then Embed. Copy the HTML YouTube provides. YouTube documents embedding a video or playlist on a website or blog: Embed videos & playlists.
Place the playlist in a Blogger post or page

In Blogger, open an existing post or create a new post. You can also work with a page if that is where the playlist belongs. See Create, edit, manage, or delete a post.

Switch the editor to HTML view. Put the cursor at the position where the player should appear and paste the embed markup.

Preview the post or page. If the player is wider than the content column, adjust the iframe’s
widthandheightattributes in the pasted code, then preview again. Theme widths vary, so check the result in your own layout rather than relying on one set of dimensions. -
Publish or update the post, then check the live page. Blogger documents HTML editing, but cautions that adding code or third-party widgets is at the author’s risk: Edit HTML in Blogger.

Choose where the player belongs

For one playlist accompanying one article, the post editor is the more direct placement. Blogger documents theme and layout editing separately; its warning about custom code and third-party widgets applies when you add them.

Use the playlist URL, not a single-video URL. The playlist’s
listID is what identifies the playlist. -
Review video access and embedding. Private videos must be shared with the viewers who need access, and a video whose uploader has disabled embedding may not appear. YouTube recommends public videos that allow embedding: Share playlists and Embed videos & playlists.

Expect restrictions on age-restricted videos. They may not play on most third-party sites and can direct viewers to YouTube.

Use HTTPS. If Blogger reports mixed content, look for insecure HTTP URLs in the post or theme HTML and replace them with HTTPS where available. See Blogger: Fix mixed content errors.

Use Privacy Enhanced Mode if appropriate
YouTube’s Privacy Enhanced Mode changes the embed domain from youtube.com to youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube also says that a site directed to children must self-designate as child-directed even when it uses this mode. Embedded playback requires an HTTP referrer, so use the player within the Blogger page rather than opening a bare player URL directly. Details: YouTube: Embed videos & playlists.

If the playlist does not display or play

A playlist item is missing: Check whether the video is private or whether its uploader has disabled embedding. Use videos that viewers can access and that allow embedding.

Playback is restricted or sends viewers to YouTube: Check for age restrictions. Private videos also will not play for viewers who have not been granted access.

The player is cut off or too wide: Adjust the iframe dimensions and preview again. The fit depends on your Blogger theme and content column.

Blogger reports mixed content: Find HTTP embed URLs in the post or theme HTML and change them to HTTPS when available.

You use general-purpose ads on the blog: YouTube says occasional embedded videos on such a blog are acceptable. It warns against sites that do nothing more than aggregate embedded videos to intentionally generate ad revenue: YouTube channel monetization policies.
