Yes. LiveReacting documents a “Play in loop” option for video playlists: when the final video ends, playback returns to the first. Its documentation does not specify that playlist videos must be the same length. Set the stream duration separately if you want the stream to stop at a particular time.
How playlist looping works
LiveReacting describes playlist videos playing one after another. With “Play in loop” enabled, the first video starts again after the last video finishes; with the option off, playback stops at the end of the last video. The feature description does not distinguish between equal-length and mixed-length videos, so it does not establish a separate mixed-duration restriction or guarantee.
Playlist looping and stream duration are separate controls. A loop determines what happens when playback reaches the end of the list. The stream duration determines when the broadcast itself ends, including when a duration is set for a looping playlist. LiveReacting’s Video Playlists Component instructions explain the loop option and advise setting the playlist’s total duration in stream settings if the stream should end when the list finishes. Add videos to a playlist or import selected videos using a YouTube playlist link. LiveReacting describes importing and managing playlist items in its changelog.

Arrange the videos in the order you want them to play.

Enable “Play in loop” if you want the list to return to its first video after the final video ends. Leave it off if playback should stop at the last video.

Set the stream duration separately if the broadcast should stop at a chosen time. A configured duration can end a looping stream even while the playlist is set to repeat.

Loop off: playback stops when the last video ends.

Duration set: the stream can stop when that duration expires, regardless of the playlist loop setting.
The available documentation describes the sequential loop behavior but does not promise gap-free transitions between videos. If a seamless transition matters, do not assume it from the loop setting alone.
