For a continuously looping prerecorded YouTube channel, Gyre is the closer documented fit. Its product page describes cloud-hosted playlists that restart automatically. Restream is better documented for scheduled prerecorded events and multistreaming, but its looping has a defined ceiling: up to 10 plays and 40 hours per event, with no native playlist looping. If you want a simpler YouTube-only cloud option, StreamNeo is another alternative: upload a video or playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live.
How the services differ for an always-on channel
The key distinction is continuous playlist looping versus a finite scheduled event. Gyre describes uploading videos to its storage, arranging them into a looping playlist, connecting a YouTube account, and scheduling a 24/7 broadcast; it says the playlist restarts automatically and the stream can continue while the creator’s computer is off or disconnected. Gyre’s product page is the source for those capabilities.
Restream documents scheduled prerecorded events that start automatically even when the operator is offline. Its looping documentation instead describes a finite event: a single video can loop up to 10 times, with a maximum 40-hour stream. Choose Gyre for a continuous playlist
Gyre’s documented playlist restart is the more direct fit if the channel should keep cycling prerecorded programming without a planned end. Its cloud workflow also means the creator’s computer need not remain online. Gyre lists different plan-level storage, resolution, and concurrent-stream capacities, so compare the current plan details against your library and number of broadcasts before subscribing.

- Video library: Confirm that the plan’s storage or library duration can hold your source files and intended playlist.
- Resolution and stream capacity: Compare the plan’s supported resolution and number of concurrent streams to the broadcasts you actually need.
- Destinations: If you intend to send the event beyond YouTube, verify the current supported platforms and destination count.
- Billing and support: Check the billing interval, cancellation terms, and support arrangements on the provider’s current plan and checkout pages.
- Loop behavior: Verify what happens when a playlist ends, a scheduled event reaches its limit, or a platform drops the stream.

Copyright, originality, and monetization still matter
A cloud service can keep a broadcast running, but it does not grant rights to the video, music, or other material in the stream, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted availability, audience growth, or monetization eligibility. Use material you own or are authorized to broadcast, and review YouTube’s current rules for copyright and monetization before scheduling a long-running channel. A continuous stream is a delivery method, not a shortcut around those policies.
