To run recorded Christian prayers in Bengali as a continuous YouTube Live broadcast, send the recordings through an encoder that can keep streaming, then monitor the broadcast for connection, stream-health and copyright alerts. First check that the channel is verified, has no live-streaming restriction in the past 90 days, and is operated by someone aged 16 or older. Check that the channel can go live
YouTube’s live-streaming requirements include channel verification and no live-streaming restrictions during the previous 90 days. YouTube also says streamers must be at least 16. Review the current requirements in YouTube’s live-streaming setup guide before preparing the feed.
- Verify the channel and confirm that live streaming is available to it.
- Check for any active or recent live-streaming restriction.
- Use an account and workflow that meet YouTube’s age and other applicable platform requirements.
Prepare recordings and clear the rights
Use audio and visuals the channel has the right to stream. Rights may apply separately to the Bengali prayer text, the speaker’s performance and recording, instrumental music, photographs, and any video or background loop. A recording being available online, or having permission to use one component, does not establish permission for every component.
YouTube says all live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content. A match may lead to a warning, replacement of the live image with a placeholder, interruption or termination. Even licensed material may be interrupted if the rights holder has not added the channel to its Content ID allowlist. - Keep records of permissions and licenses for the recording, text, music and visuals.
- If a rights holder requires it, arrange Content ID allowlisting for the channel before going live.
- Decide whether the broadcast should be archived, and review any claims or notices after it ends.
Set up the continuous broadcast
YouTube’s encoder workflow separates the broadcast on YouTube from the stream sent by the encoder. The platform’s Live Streaming API documentation uses a 24/7 feed as an example, but does not mandate a particular encoder, device or playlist construction. Choose a setup capable of continuously sending the program, and plan how someone will notice and address a stopped encoder, dropped connection, copyright warning or channel restriction. The steps below describe the operational sequence; the exact encoder controls vary by product.
- Create or schedule the broadcast. In YouTube Studio, create or schedule a live stream and set its title, description, visibility and other broadcast details.
- Configure the encoder. In the encoder, select the Bengali prayer recording or a playlist of recordings as the source. Connect it to the YouTube broadcast using the stream key and connection details displayed for that broadcast. Treat the stream key like a password; do not publish it or share it with people who should not control the stream.
- Check the program before starting. Confirm that the intended recording and visuals are playing, that the audio is audible and intelligible, and that the encoder is sending to the correct broadcast.
- Start the encoder and inspect YouTube’s preview and stream health. Start sending the feed, then check the live preview and stream-health indicators in Studio. Resolve warnings before relying on the stream as continuous.
- Monitor the feed. Arrange an operator or monitoring plan to notice a stopped encoder, dropped connection, copyright notice or channel restriction and respond. YouTube’s cited documentation does not promise uninterrupted uptime or prescribe a particular recovery architecture.
YouTube’s Live Streaming API documentation describes the relationship between broadcasts and streams and gives a 24/7 feed as an example. It does not establish a required bitrate, resolution, keyframe interval, encoder model or playlist method for this use case; use the settings and compatibility guidance for the encoder you choose and check YouTube Studio’s stream health.

Keep the stream appropriate and understand monetization
A continuous prayer broadcast should have a clear purpose and meaningful editorial contribution. YouTube’s monetization policy applies to livestreams; its July 15, 2025 update renamed the repetitive-content policy to “inauthentic content” and says repetitive or mass-produced content may be ineligible for monetization. That does not mean a prayer stream is automatically rejected, and no channel-specific review outcome can be inferred from the policy alone. Read YouTube’s channel monetization policies and make the channel’s original purpose and editorial choices clear.
