Is the Be.Live free trial really free?

Multicamera supports up to four camera sources, according to Be.Live’s help information. That can matter for a documentary discussion, interview, demonstration, or other show where changing camera angles adds useful context. A webcam is part of the practical setup advice in Be.Live’s materials; headphones can help avoid echo, and wired Ethernet is an optional stability measure rather than a stated plan requirement.
Be.Live also lists Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and custom RTMP among destination types. Its official pages conflict on the simultaneous destination ceiling: one help article says up to five, while a product update refers to eight depending on plan. Verify the limit shown for your chosen plan rather than relying on a universal number.

How billing, renewal, and cancellation work
Be.Live’s terms describe monthly subscriptions as recurring monthly and say they can be canceled before the next monthly renewal. Yearly subscriptions are paid in advance for a 12-month term and automatically renew; the terms describe the yearly commitment as non-cancelable during that fixed term. A payment help page also characterizes yearly subscriptions as non-refundable.
The FAQ mentions a possible 14-day cool-off refund if the platform has not been used after purchase, while the payment help page says yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. These statements do not establish a universal refund entitlement. Review the current terms and checkout disclosures for your location, and contact Be.Live support if the refund conditions are material to your decision.

Which plan should you choose?
- Choose a trial first if you want to assess the studio workflow before paying and your test fits within 60 minutes per stream and 180 minutes total.
- Compare Pro and Growth if 1080p or multicamera with as many as four camera sources is important. The available official information does not establish enough of the full plan matrix to pick between them on price or other features.
- Check recording retention directly if keeping recordings inside Be.Live matters, especially for Pro, where the official pages disagree on whether retention is 60 or 90 days.
- Confirm destination capacity if you need to broadcast to several platforms at once, because Be.Live’s published guidance differs between five and eight simultaneous destinations depending on the source and plan.
