To watch a finished gaming livestream again, open the creator’s published replay on YouTube and play it from the watch page—no download is needed. To make that replay repeat continuously, turn on YouTube’s Loop or Repeat control. This works only if the channel has made an accessible replay available.
Find and watch the finished stream

Open the creator’s YouTube channel and look in its videos, Live area, or relevant playlists for the broadcast. YouTube says replays and highlights can appear as videos on the channel after a livestream ends. YouTube Help: Learn about live streams.

Open the replay and play it directly in YouTube. To start over, use the video timeline to return to the beginning or restart playback. You do not need to save the VOD to your device.
Make the VOD repeat continuously
If by “rerun” you mean keep playing the same available video again and again, enable YouTube’s Loop or Repeat option. YouTube also supports looping playlists. The control’s location varies by device: on a computer, right-click the video and choose Loop; on a TV or gaming console, use the Repeat control; on mobile, use the repeat option for a video or playlist. If the gaming VOD is missing
A viewer cannot create an archive from the player when the channel has not published one. The creator may not have an archive, may have removed it, or may have set it to private or unlisted. Check the channel’s playlists and highlights, or ask the creator for a replay link. YouTube says creators can change an archive’s visibility in Studio. YouTube Help: Archive live streams.
YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, while streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. That is not a guarantee that a shorter stream will remain available: the channel’s visibility and deletion choices still apply. YouTube’s archive guidance.

When the broadcast is still live: use DVR
DVR is for pausing or rewinding a broadcast that is currently live; it is different from opening a finished VOD. YouTube’s DVR guidance says viewers cannot seek back to before the stream began. DVR may be limited or unavailable on streams longer than 12 hours, and devices or older app versions can have lower limits. Once the broadcast ends, use the published archive if there is one. Clips are not full VOD replays
A YouTube Clip is an excerpt, not a way to watch the entire gaming stream again. Clips are 5–60 seconds long and loop from the original video’s watch page. Clipping a livestream requires DVR; a clip outside the DVR window may not be playable until the stream ends and the original video is posted. See YouTube’s guidance for computer and Android.
