The Texas State Historical Association dates Mother Goose Rock ’n’ Rhyme to 1990, so the reported dating-start year and the film’s year are not the same. Biography.com also says the couple never married.

Yes. Duvall lived in Blanco, Texas, with Gilroy for the rest of her life, according to the Texas State Historical Association. She died there on July 11, 2024, at age 75; The Washington Post’s obituary also identifies Gilroy as the partner she met while making the film.
