Bell and Virgin Plus TV subscribers received 11 ad-supported channels in the November 2024 rollout. They are included with eligible TV service rather than sold as a separate specialty package. On Bell’s current Fibe TV listing, the dedicated Corner Gas service is channel 3002. The lineup has eight English-language channels and three French-language channels.
This information reflects Bell’s support listing checked in August 2026; channel rights, numbers and device availability can change.

What is on the Corner Gas Channel?
Bell Media describes the channel as carrying all episodes of the original Corner Gas series as well as Corner Gas Animated (Bell Media’s channel-partner announcement). It is a dedicated linear channel, not a guaranteed box set with an on-demand episode menu. You watch the programme scheduled at that time, and advertising is part of the service.
How to find the channels
Bell Fibe TV guide
- Open the Bell TV guide.
- Go to the 3000-series section or search by channel name or number.
- Select the service you want; Bell’s current listing puts Corner Gas Channel at 3002.
To open the guide online, sign in to MyBell, select your TV service and open the TV guide, following Bell’s guide instructions.
Bell and Virgin Plus apps and websites
The launch report described the channels as integrated into the live-TV guides on the Bell TV app, Virgin Plus TV app, TV.Bell.ca and TV.VirginPlus.ca, rather than being only an on-demand library (iPhone in Canada’s report). App, device and account eligibility still depend on the TV service you have.

- Easy to Install: Plug the coaxial cable from your digital indoor HDTV antenna into the ANT/IN connector on the back of your TV, point the TV antenna toward your local TV tower and scan for channels. (Check "dtv gov maps" for available channels).
Set-top-box availability
The 2024 rollout report said customers in Ontario and Atlantic Canada with the latest Bell Fibe TV software could also receive the channels on compatible set-top boxes. That qualification should not be treated as a universal rule for every Bell receiver or region. Regional guides can differ; check your own guide if the published number does not work.
What “free” means
- Included, not standalone: Bell calls them bonus channels across Fibe TV packages. The evidence applies to TV subscribers, not automatically to Bell internet-only or mobile-only customers.
- Advertising remains: FAST means free ad-supported streaming television. Bell Media launched the portfolio as an advertising-supported offering (Bell Media’s April 2024 announcement).
- Internet use may count: Bell warns that viewing can create data usage and possible charges for customers with limited internet plans.
- No universal device promise: Availability can vary by region, product, hardware and software version.
These are live channels for eligible Bell and Virgin Plus TV customers, not a free account anyone in Canada can use without TV service.

- Confirm that you are signed in to the Bell or Virgin Plus account that includes TV service.
- Open the complete guide, not only a favourites or customized list.
- Search for the channel by name and by number, especially 3002 for Corner Gas on Bell’s current Fibe listing.
- Check whether you use Fibe TV, satellite TV or an app-only product; the documented lineup is strongest for Fibe TV.
- Update the app, receiver or device software.
- Check your regional guide for a different number or temporary rights change.
- Contact Bell or Virgin Plus support if you have qualifying TV service and the services still do not appear.

How this differs from Bell Media’s wider FAST distribution
Bell Media’s April 2024 announcement described an initial 10-channel FAST portfolio. The later November customer rollout and Bell’s current Fibe page show 11 services, so the figures refer to different stages of the launch rather than a contradiction. Bell Media has also announced distribution through LG Channels, Samsung TV Plus, Plex and The Roku Channel (platform-partner announcement). Those third-party lineups are separate from the included Bell and Virgin Plus TV benefit, and their Canadian availability and programming can change.
Who should use this lineup?
It is most useful if you already pay for Bell or Virgin Plus TV and want extra comedy, factual, lifestyle, news, sports, movies or a scheduled Corner Gas stream without adding a specialty package. It is less suitable if you only want one series, require commercial-free or on-demand viewing, or have a limited internet plan where streaming data matters.
