March 2025’s major Apple TV+ premieres covered crime, Hollywood satire, family animation, documentary and the wider Mythic Quest universe. The list below focuses on Apple’s principal announced new releases, then separates them from returning shows that continued during the month.

This is a list of the major new premieres Apple announced for March 2025, not a claim that it includes every episode, special or sports release available that month.
Dope Thief — March 14
Dope Thief follows two longtime Philadelphia friends and petty criminals who pose as DEA agents to rob a rural house. Their plan uncovers a much larger narcotics operation. Brian Tyree Henry stars and executive-produces.
Peter Craig created the eight-episode series from Dennis Tafoya’s novel. Ridley Scott executive-produces and directs the first episode, giving the crime drama a major film-making pedigree.

Apple released the first two episodes on March 14, 2025, then moved to one episode per week through April 25. Details and the official rollout are listed by Apple TV Press and in Apple’s premiere announcement.
BE@RBRICK — March 21
This music-driven animated comedy is aimed at children and families and is based on MEDICOM TOY’s collectible BE@RBRICK figures. Jasmine and her bandmates pursue their ambitions in a world where social roles are assigned and identity is represented by a painted-on appearance.

The 13-episode series comes from DreamWorks Animation and Dentsu Inc., with original music from producer Timbaland. Apple announced a global premiere for March 21 in its official series release.
The Studio — March 26
Seth Rogen plays Matt Remick, the newly appointed head of the struggling Continental Studios. The comedy turns studio politics into its subject, covering executive pressure, casting, marketing, awards campaigns and the competing demands of artists and business leaders.

The ensemble includes Catherine O’Hara, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz and Chase Sui Wonders. Rogen is one of the show’s creators, writers, directors and executive producers.
The first two episodes arrived on March 26, followed by one episode each Wednesday through May 21, 2025. Apple’s title page and premiere announcement provide the premise, cast and schedule.

Side Quest — March 26
Side Quest expands the Mythic Quest universe without functioning as a conventional fourth season. This four-episode anthology follows employees, players and fans whose lives are affected by the fictional game.
Its stories include players, comic-book-store owners, touring orchestra musicians and members of the game’s art department. Apple lists the comedy as TV-MA. See the official Apple TV Press listing for the series description and release information.

Number One on the Call Sheet — March 28
This two-part documentary film event examines the careers, breakthroughs, obstacles and experiences of leading Black actors in Hollywood. One film focuses on Black leading men and the other on Black leading women.
Reginald Hudlin directs the men’s film and Shola Lynch directs the women’s film. Jamie Foxx and Kevin Hart are among the producers. Apple premiered both parts globally on March 28, 2025; its title page and trailer announcement describe the project.
Returning shows and ongoing March episodes
March also carried on existing Apple TV+ programming. Severance season 2 was moving toward its finale, while Mythic Quest remained part of the broader schedule. Those continuing episodes are separate from the five new premieres above, and Apple’s announcements cited here do not establish a complete episode-by-episode calendar for every program that streamed during the month.

How to watch
Apple TV+ is the subscription catalog; the Apple TV app is the software used to access it, alongside supported smart TVs, streaming devices, game consoles and the web. Apple said in February 2025 that the service was available through the app in more than 100 countries and regions. Release timing, subtitles, ratings and availability can still vary by territory.
