Who is Gabriel Olds?
Gabriel Emerson Olds is an actor and screenwriter who appeared as a guest actor on NCIS: Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department identified him as 52 years old in its 2024 arrest release.

What led to the arrest?
LAPD said a 41-year-old woman reported Olds in January 2023. Two other adult women later made similar reports, describing dating encounters that they said became violent. Police said the reported conduct dated back to 2013.
Olds was arrested on August 7, 2024, at about 9:40 a.m. near Norway Lane and Norman Place in Los Angeles’s Crestwood Hills area above Brentwood. LAPD said officers booked him on an arrest warrant.

What charges did prosecutors announce?
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced seven felony counts in August 2024. Its charging allegations involved three women Olds had dated in the Los Angeles area between 2013 and 2023.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón said in the August 8, 2024 release: “The pain and suffering these victims have endured is beyond words and no one should ever experience such a betrayal of trust. Consent is never optional.”
What has Olds said about the allegations?
After the additional counts were reported, Olds pleaded not guilty. His attorney, Leonard Levine, said the sexual contact with the complaining witnesses was consensual. That defense position is separate from the allegations in the charging documents and does not resolve them.

The latest directly relevant status report identified here is a Los Angeles Times article dated March 18, 2025. It said Olds remained in custody in lieu of the recommended bail.
