WWE Raw April 28, 2025 took place at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and streamed live in the United States on Netflix at 8:00 p.m. ET. The important preview caveat is that Netflix reported no matches announced before broadcast; the advertised names were not a finalized card.
The episode ultimately delivered four principal matches or match segments and several angles aimed at WWE Backlash, including the escalation of Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman’s alliance, Rhea Ripley’s clash with Giulia, and Becky Lynch’s dispute with Lyra Valkyria.

How did Sami Zayn, Bron Breakker, Seth Rollins, and Paul Heyman’s story develop?
Sami Zayn confronted Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman after the group’s emerging alliance became the central Raw storyline. Rollins offered to move Zayn away from Monday Night Raw so that Zayn would not become a target, but Zayn refused to be intimidated.
Zayn’s refusal led to a match with Breakker. The official stopped the contest after Breakker delivered four Spears, making the finish a referee stoppage rather than a conventional clean pinfall or submission victory. Rollins followed by hitting Zayn with a Stomp.
The confrontation built on the previous week’s attack on CM Punk and Roman Reigns. Netflix’s preview described Breakker’s actions as the development that formally aligned him with Rollins and Heyman.

The result advanced the tension among Ripley, Giulia, and SKY rather than producing a conclusive singles victory. The match was therefore officially a Ripley win by disqualification, not a clean defeat of Perez.
How did The War Raiders defeat Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh?
The War Raiders defeated Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh in a tag-team match affected by interference at ringside. The New Day and Carlito became involved, while Penta interfered against McDonagh and helped create the opening for The War Machine that ended the bout.
The match connected several Raw rivalries instead of functioning as an isolated tag contest. The involvement of Penta, The New Day, and Carlito also made the finish more chaotic than a straightforward War Raiders victory.

Why did Stephanie Vaquer wrestle Ivy Nile?
NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer defeated Ivy Nile in a non-title match, winning with the SVB. The contest was presented as Vaquer’s move from NXT into a Raw matchup, but Nile was not challenging for Vaquer’s championship.
What other major angles aired on Raw?
Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria
Becky Lynch and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria brawled after Valkyria challenged Lynch to a title match at WWE Backlash. The April 28 Raw segment was an escalation toward that encounter, not the championship match itself.
Jey Uso and Logan Paul
Jey Uso superkicked Logan Paul during a confrontation. The moment was an angle rather than a listed singles match, so it should not be counted as a completed Jey Uso–Logan Paul bout.
Pat McAfee and Gunther
Pat McAfee verbally blasted Gunther after Gunther’s attack the previous week. WWE indicated that a McAfee–Gunther match at Backlash was possible, making the segment part of the show’s build toward the next major event.

How could viewers watch WWE Raw April 28, 2025?
In the United States, WWE Raw April 28, 2025 aired live on Netflix. Netflix became Raw’s exclusive U.S. home on January 6, 2025, and Netflix’s official guidance says live events are included with a Netflix plan rather than requiring a separate event charge. Episodes become available after the live stream, according to Netflix’s WWE viewing guide.
Netflix also listed Raw in additional territories, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, India, and several European, Asian, and Latin American markets. Availability was territory-dependent, so the U.S. arrangement should not be applied automatically to every country.

For readers researching the episode historically, the key distinction is that this Raw broadcast belonged to Netflix’s 2025 U.S. arrangement; Peacock and USA Network should not be presented as the original U.S. live platforms for April 28, 2025.
Where can fans find related WWE merchandise?
The episode itself did not establish an episode-specific DVD, Blu-ray, or collectible. Fans interested in the wrestlers and storylines can instead look for general official WWE Raw merchandise, including apparel, accessories, collectibles, toys, and action figures. Product selection and availability can change, so a listing should be checked before publication or purchase.
