U.S. viewers should use the applicable national network for live viewing; NBA League Pass is subject to national blackouts.
Which Spurs–Lakers game do you mean?
The current 2026–27 schedule lists two San Antonio Spurs vs. Los Angeles Lakers games in Los Angeles:
| Date | Tipoff | Currently listed broadcaster | Venue |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wednesday, November 5, 2026 | 9:00 p.m. Pacific | ESPN | Crypto.com Arena |
| Tuesday, February 10, 2027 | 7:30 p.m. Pacific | NBA TV | Crypto.com Arena |
For a U.S. viewer, the best way to watch depends on the date, your location, and whether you already have access to the listed network. The November game requires legitimate access to ESPN for live viewing; the February game requires legitimate access to NBA TV. NBA League Pass is not a guaranteed live option for U.S. viewers because nationally televised games are blacked out.
Broadcast assignments and schedules can change, so check the official Spurs and Lakers schedules close to tipoff before subscribing to anything.

How to watch each scheduled game online
Spurs vs. Lakers on November 5, 2026
The first scheduled meeting is listed for 9:00 p.m. Pacific on ESPN. If you are in the United States, use an authorized TV or live-TV streaming service that includes ESPN. Do not assume that NBA League Pass will show this game live: NBA national-broadcast blackouts apply to U.S. League Pass viewers.
If you are outside the United States, check the NBA’s League Pass availability and the local rights in your country. International viewing rules can differ from U.S. blackout rules.
Spurs vs. Lakers on February 10, 2027
The second meeting is listed for 7:30 p.m. Pacific on NBA TV. U.S. viewers should arrange authorized access to NBA TV through a TV provider or a legitimate live-TV streaming service that carries the channel. This game may also be unavailable live on U.S. NBA League Pass because NBA TV is a national broadcaster.
NBA TV access varies by provider and location. Confirm that the service you use includes NBA TV—and that your subscription is active—before game night.
Your best option by location
If you are outside the teams’ local markets
NBA League Pass is the NBA’s official streaming service and is generally the most relevant option for fans who want live out-of-market games. It is especially useful when the Spurs or Lakers game is eligible in your market.

However, League Pass is not a universal live-game pass. In the United States, local-team games and nationally televised games are subject to blackouts. That means the November 5 ESPN broadcast and the February 10 NBA TV broadcast should be treated as national-network games first, not as guaranteed League Pass games.
Before purchasing, enter your location and check the game listing in the League Pass interface. Rights can depend on both geography and the broadcast assigned to that particular game.
If you live in the Lakers’ local broadcast territory
Spectrum SportsNet+ is the Lakers’ official direct-to-consumer local streaming option for eligible viewers in the Lakers’ local broadcast territory. It can be useful when a Lakers game is carried locally and you do not have the relevant traditional TV package.

The Lakers’ local streaming service does not carry games that are exclusive to ESPN, NBA TV, ABC, NBC, Peacock, or another national outlet. Because the two currently listed Spurs–Lakers meetings are assigned to ESPN and NBA TV, check the specific game listing before subscribing or assuming Spectrum SportsNet+ will provide the stream.
If you are in the San Antonio market
Local Spurs availability may be governed by the team’s regional broadcaster and your location. The schedule information supplied for these two meetings identifies ESPN and NBA TV as the national outlets, so U.S. viewers should begin by checking access to the listed network. League Pass local blackouts can also apply.

If you are outside the United States
Start with the NBA’s official international viewing options and check the rights holder for your country. League Pass availability, blackout rules, and national-network access are not identical everywhere. A U.S.-focused recommendation such as ESPN, NBA TV, or Spectrum SportsNet+ may not apply to your location.
How NBA League Pass blackouts affect this matchup
NBA League Pass provides live and on-demand NBA coverage, but broadcast exclusivity limits what U.S. subscribers can watch live. The relevant rules are:
- Local NBA team games can be blacked out live in the team’s local market.
- Nationally televised games can be blacked out live across the United States.
- A game that is blacked out live is generally available later as a replay rather than immediately as a live stream.
NBA’s current guidance says local-game replays are generally available three days after the live broadcast. Nationally televised replays are generally available at 6:00 a.m. Eastern the following day. Those timing rules are useful if you can wait, but they do not solve the need to watch either scheduled matchup live on ESPN or NBA TV.
Can a live-TV streaming service show the game?
Possibly. A legitimate live-TV streaming provider that carries ESPN could be relevant for the November 5 game, while one that carries NBA TV could be relevant for the February 10 game. Availability, channel lineups, regional restrictions, and pricing vary by ZIP code and can change.
Do not sign up based only on a provider’s general sports advertising. Verify all of the following:

- The service is available at your billing address.
- The game is listed in the service’s guide close to tipoff.

A quick decision guide
- Identify the date. November 5, 2026 is currently listed on ESPN; February 10, 2027 is currently listed on NBA TV.
- Check your country. U.S. blackout rules are different from rights arrangements in other countries.
- For a U.S. national broadcast, use the network. Arrange ESPN access for the November game or NBA TV access for the February game.
- If you are out of market, check NBA League Pass. It is the official option for eligible out-of-market games, but do not buy it expecting either national broadcast to be live for every U.S. viewer.
- If you are in the Lakers market, check Spectrum SportsNet+. Use it only when the game is eligible for local carriage; national exclusivity can override local access.
- Check again before tipoff. Schedules, start times, and broadcast assignments can be updated.
What if the game has already ended?
If you missed the live broadcast, NBA League Pass may provide an on-demand replay after the applicable blackout period. Under the current NBA guidance, local-game replays generally become available three days after the broadcast, while nationally televised replays generally become available at 6:00 a.m. Eastern the next day.
For the two games currently listed, that means the ESPN or NBA TV replay may be available through League Pass after the national-broadcast replay window, subject to the rules in your location and any later changes to the service.
Do not rely on unofficial “free streams”
Search results and social-media posts may advertise unauthorized streams, but they are not a dependable or legitimate way to watch an NBA game. They can disappear during the broadcast, expose viewers to malicious advertising, or violate copyright rules. Use the listed broadcaster, an authorized live-TV provider, NBA League Pass where the game is eligible, or an official local service.

Can I watch Spurs vs. Lakers on NBA League Pass?
NBA League Pass is the official out-of-market option, but U.S. local and national blackouts apply. A game shown nationally on ESPN or NBA TV may not be available live through League Pass in the United States.
Does Spectrum SportsNet+ show every Lakers game?
Spectrum SportsNet+ is available to eligible viewers in the Lakers’ local broadcast territory for locally carried Lakers games. It does not carry games that are nationally exclusive to ESPN, NBA TV, ABC, NBC, Peacock, or another national outlet.
When can I watch a replay if I miss the live game?
A replay is generally available through League Pass after the applicable blackout period. Current NBA guidance says local-game replays are generally available three days later and nationally televised replays at 6:00 a.m. Eastern the following day.
The Bottom Line
For the currently scheduled U.S. broadcasts, watch the November 5, 2026 meeting through an authorized service carrying ESPN, and the February 10, 2027 meeting through authorized NBA TV access. NBA League Pass is best for eligible out-of-market games but is subject to local and national blackouts; Spectrum SportsNet+ is conditional for eligible Lakers-market viewers and does not override national exclusivity.
