Netflix activation
- Open T-Life or sign in to My T-Mobile.
- Open the account’s plan benefits or Manage add-ons area.
- Select the Netflix offer.
- Link an existing Netflix account or create a new Netflix account.
- Complete Netflix registration and confirm the selected tier before watching.
T-Mobile says existing Netflix billing can take one or two Netflix billing cycles to transfer after activation. Do not assume that a Netflix charge disappearing immediately means the transfer has failed or that a second charge is permanent; check the account and billing details during the transition. T-Mobile’s Netflix support instructions provide the account-specific flow.
Hulu activation
- Sign in to T-Life or My T-Mobile.
- Open the available services and select Hulu.
- Accept the displayed order terms.
- Start activation and finish registration with Hulu.
T-Mobile says an existing Hulu subscription billed directly or through a third party generally needs to become inactive before Hulu On Us can be redeemed. What should you do if you already pay for a streaming service?
Check how the existing subscription is billed before activating the T-Mobile benefit. A direct subscription, an app-store subscription, and a subscription billed through another provider can each have different cancellation and transfer rules.

Are the T-Mobile streaming benefits available everywhere?
Eligibility depends on the offer, plan, account, and geography. The Paramount+ All-In terms specify availability to residents of the 50 United States and exclude Puerto Rico on T-Mobile’s support page. Customers outside that stated area should not assume that the Paramount+ benefit applies.

Roku documents that the device connects to a TV through HDMI, uses Wi-Fi, and streams internet video.
