Can you rent or buy Wicked: For Good digitally?
Yes. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment announced digital purchase and rental availability beginning December 30, 2025, through digital platforms. The announcement did not establish one exclusive transactional retailer, so the practical option is to search your preferred video store and compare the current rental and purchase options before paying.
Digital prices are retailer-specific and can change. A rental may be the cheapest choice for a one-time viewing, while a purchase makes more sense if you expect to rewatch the film or want access without maintaining a streaming subscription.
Is Wicked: For Good available on 4K, Blu-ray, or DVD?
Yes. The physical release arrived January 20, 2026, in 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats. The home-entertainment release includes bonus material such as deleted scenes, an extended making-of feature, and a sing-along edition.

For the best picture and sound, look for the specific 4K UHD configuration that matches your player and television. A 4K disc generally requires a 4K UHD Blu-ray player; a standard Blu-ray player cannot play 4K UHD discs. Check the retailer’s listing carefully because package contents—such as whether a standard Blu-ray or digital copy is included—can differ by edition.

Is there a Wicked: For Good soundtrack on vinyl or CD?
Yes. The soundtrack is sold in several physical formats, including standard vinyl, Glinda- and Elphaba-themed vinyl editions, a picture-disc vinyl edition, and a standard CD. A Target-exclusive vinyl edition was also listed with a lenticular cover and pink-and-green shimmer vinyl.
These editions are aimed at collectors and fans of the film’s music rather than viewers simply looking for a way to watch the movie. Stock, prices, retailer exclusives, and pressing details can change, so confirm the exact variant before checkout. For a general music-collection recommendation, look for the Wicked: For Good soundtrack vinyl; the CD is the more practical choice if you prefer a lower-cost or compact physical format.
What is Wicked: For Good about?
Wicked: For Good is the concluding film in Jon M. Chu’s two-part adaptation of the Wicked stage musical. The story begins with Elphaba and Glinda separated and dealing with the consequences of their choices.

Why you may not see it on a service outside the U.S.
Streaming rights are commonly negotiated by territory. The Peacock and Netflix dates above are confirmed by the official U.S.-oriented platform information in this research, but they should not be treated as worldwide release dates. A Netflix subscriber outside the United States should search the local catalog, and Peacock availability depends on whether the service operates in that territory.
