That combination makes Harper the clearest point of context for the film. The public record connects her directly to both ballet and screen production, but it does not establish that the short is autobiographical, that it depicts a particular episode from her career, or that its choreography and costumes follow any specific ballet tradition.
Dannie Sinisi
Dannie Sinisi is credited as the writer and as a performer. Her creator profile describes work as a producer, writer, director, and actor, along with formal study in scriptwriting, directing, and producing. She is also associated with Kitty Kat Films.
3 Chicks Flicks
Ballerina (2024) appears among the released shorts associated with 3 Chicks Flicks. The company’s public materials describe a broader interest in helping women and young people enter the film industry and identify related film and festival activity. That production context is significant: this is best understood as an independent short emerging from a women-focused filmmaking ecosystem, rather than as a major studio feature.
The available information does not, however, support claims about the company’s ownership of the film, its financing, festival awards, audience reception, or distribution arrangements.

Plot and story information
A reliable public synopsis for Ballerina (2024) was not located. There is no sufficiently detailed source available here to state who the characters are, what conflict they face, where the story takes place, or how it ends.
That limitation matters because the title alone is not evidence of a plot about a ballet performance, a dancer’s career, a competition, or any other particular storyline. Readers looking for a conventional plot summary should be warned that one cannot be supplied accurately without access to the film itself or a stronger official synopsis.
For the same reason, there is no responsible basis for describing the short’s visual style, choreography, costumes, ballet footwear, emotional tone, ending, or critical response as established facts.
Do not confuse it with the other films titled Ballerina
The year is essential when searching for this title. Ballerina (2024) is not the same production as either of the better-known films below:

- Hand-Crafted in the USA
- Ballerina (2023, South Korea): a Netflix action thriller centered on Ok-ju, a former bodyguard seeking revenge after the death of her friend.
- Ballerina from the John Wick universe: a separate action film and spin-off connected to the later From the World of John Wick project.
The 2023 Korean feature is especially easy to find in search results. Its Netflix listing should not be treated as a viewing page for the U.S. short drama. Searching for “Ballerina (2024) short Danielle Harper” or “Ballerina (2024) Dannie Sinisi 3 Chicks Flicks” is more precise than searching for Ballerina alone.
Where can you watch Ballerina (2024)?
An official streaming, rental, purchase, or download destination for Ballerina (2024) has not been verified. Because the title is shared by multiple productions, availability claims require particular care.
At the time of this article’s research, readers should not assume that:
- the short is available on Netflix;
- a search result for the 2023 Korean film leads to this production;
- a video uploaded under the same title is an authorized copy; or
- the film has a continuing public rental or festival listing.
The most reliable places to check for a legitimate screening or release update are the filmmakers’ or production company’s official pages, an identifiable festival listing, or a verified distributor announcement. Availability may vary by country and may change after publication.

Why the film is worth documenting
Even with limited plot and distribution information, Ballerina (2024) has a clear documentary value as an example of independent screen work built around emerging or multi-disciplinary creators. Harper’s path from professional dance into acting, choreography, screen fighting, and producing illustrates how performers can carry specialized physical and creative experience into filmmaking.
The 3 Chicks Flicks connection adds a second layer of interest. Its stated women- and youth-oriented filmmaking mission places the short within a wider effort to create opportunities behind and in front of the camera. That context is more firmly supported than any claim about the film’s themes or artistic execution.
Ballet-related products: what can and cannot be inferred
The title and Harper’s documented ballet background may make women’s ballet shoes relevant to readers who are interested in ballet practice or ballerina-themed gifts. This is a thematic recommendation only. No public evidence confirms that a particular shoe, brand, costume, or other retail product appears in Ballerina (2024), and the film should not be presented as endorsing one.
Readers shopping for dance practice gear should separately check fit, sole type, material, and the advice of a dance teacher. Beginner ballet slippers, tights, and other dancewear are contextual products—not verified film merchandise.
What remains unknown
- The short’s reliable public synopsis and ending
- Runtime and complete crew list
- Official streaming, rental, purchase, or download availability
- Festival screenings, awards, and review coverage
- Whether ballet footwear, tights, costumes, or other identifiable products appear on screen
- Whether the film draws on Danielle Harper’s personal dance history
Until those details are confirmed by the film or by primary production documentation, they should remain open questions rather than gaps filled with speculation.
