How to watch SNL50: The Homecoming Concert now
The practical U.S. viewing route is Peacock. Peacock’s current title page lists the approximately three-hour, TV-MA concert special as “Available Now on Peacock.” The event originally streamed exclusively on Peacock, and its complete replay—not just individual songs or promotional clips—is available through the title page.
- Open Peacock’s dedicated page for the concert.
- Sign in or create a Peacock account.
- Choose an eligible plan. Peacock currently lists Premium at $10.99 per month or $109.99 per year, and Premium Plus at $16.99 per month or $169.99 per year. These prices were checked August 10, 2026 and may change.
- Search for SNL50: The Homecoming Concert, using “SNL50” without a space, and select the full special rather than a trailer or individual performance.
Premium is the lower-cost paid option for viewers who only want to watch the concert. Premium Plus is the higher-priced option for viewers who also want its additional benefits, such as downloads and a generally ad-free experience. Peacock notes that some content and live programming can still contain advertising or have exceptions.

Peacock lists the catalog runtime as three hours. JustWatch lists approximately three hours and one minute, while a post-event account described the live presentation as roughly three and a half hours. The difference may reflect rounding, the live transmission length or the edited on-demand version, so “about three hours” is the most useful description.
Was SNL50: The Homecoming Concert on NBC?
No—not as the original live event. The Homecoming Concert was presented as a Peacock-exclusive livestream. The NBC broadcast associated with the anniversary weekend was a different program: SNL50: The Anniversary Special, which aired two days later.
| Program | Date | Original outlet |
|---|---|---|
| SNL50: The Homecoming Concert | Friday, February 14, 2025 | Peacock exclusively |
| Rebroadcast of the first SNL episode | Saturday, February 15, 2025 | NBC and Peacock |
| SNL50: The Anniversary Special | Sunday, February 16, 2025 | NBC and Peacock |
This distinction is the reason some older coverage can be confusing: the broader Saturday Night Live 50th-anniversary weekend involved both NBC and Peacock, but the Friday concert itself was not the NBC special. Peacock’s event announcement makes the separation clear.

Can international viewers watch it?
Peacock’s own help page says the service is available in the United States and certain U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Peacock availability should not be assumed in other countries.
Rights are market-specific and can change. A current U.K. JustWatch listing shows SNL50: The Homecoming Concert on NOW TV. That listing was checked August 10, 2026; viewers elsewhere should check a local rights guide or streaming service rather than trying to use the U.S. Peacock instructions as a universal route.

The concert also received limited fan screenings in select Regal IMAX theaters in 2025. The announced locations were:

- Searching for “SNL 50”: Peacock’s official styling is SNL50, without a space. The spaced version may still produce results, but the official title is the safer search term.
- Opening a clip instead of the special: Individual performances and clips may be available elsewhere, but they are not the complete concert.
- Choosing Peacock Select: The Select tier excludes Peacock Originals, so it may not unlock this title.
- Looking for an NBC broadcast: The concert was Peacock-exclusive. NBC’s related program was SNL50: The Anniversary Special on February 16, 2025.
- Expecting a free full stream: The current U.S. JustWatch listing shows Peacock Premium and Premium Plus, with no free streaming option listed. This is an availability snapshot, not a permanent guarantee.
- Using “live” for the replay: The special was live when it premiered in 2025; viewers now are watching the on-demand version.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is SNL50: The Homecoming Concert on NBC?
No. The original concert was a Peacock-exclusive livestream on February 14, 2025. NBC and Peacock carried the separate SNL50: The Anniversary Special on February 16, 2025.
Can I watch the full concert without Peacock?
In the U.S., Peacock is the confirmed home for the complete special, and the current availability listing shows paid Peacock tiers rather than a free option. Individual clips may appear on other platforms, but they are not the full concert.
Is the complete special on YouTube?
Peacock and other outlets have made individual performances and clips available, but the complete approximately three-hour special should be accessed through its Peacock title page.
How long is the concert?
Peacock lists the on-demand title as three hours. Other listings give slightly different figures, so about three hours is the safest description.
Who hosted the Homecoming Concert?
Jimmy Fallon, a former Saturday Night Live cast member, served as emcee.

Best Value
Was it filmed at Studio 8H?
No. The concert took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Studio 8H is the home of the regular Saturday Night Live broadcast.
Where can viewers outside the United States watch it?
Peacock officially serves the U.S. and certain U.S. territories, not every international market. A U.K. JustWatch listing currently identifies NOW TV; rights elsewhere must be checked locally because availability can change.
Is the Regal IMAX screening still available?
The announced IMAX screenings were limited fan events in five states in 2025. They should not be treated as an ongoing theatrical option unless a new screening is announced.
What is the difference between the Homecoming Concert and the Anniversary Special?
The Homecoming Concert was the Friday, February 14, 2025 music-and-comedy event that streamed exclusively on Peacock. The Anniversary Special was a separate Sunday, February 16 broadcast carried by both NBC and Peacock.
