Why ITVX may not play the episode
You are outside the supported region
ITVX is intended for viewers in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. VPNs, proxies and other location-masking services may cause ITVX to block playback. Using a UK postcode does not bypass this restriction.
If you are physically in the UK but ITVX thinks you are abroad, the problem may be an ISP address that has been incorrectly classified. Turn off any VPN or proxy, restart your router if appropriate, and contact ITVX support or your internet provider if the location error continues.

You cannot find downloads
Offline downloads are an ITVX Premium feature, not part of the free tier. ITV says downloads must be made in the UK, and downloaded programmes can generally be watched abroad for up to seven days, subject to licensing restrictions. That does not make the free ITVX service available overseas.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Be careful with unofficial free-streaming sites
Sites promising every episode of Love Island UK season 12 for free outside the official services are not authorised distributors. They may use aggressive redirects, deceptive play buttons, intrusive tracking or malicious advertising. They can also disappear without warning or provide incomplete and poor-quality episodes.
For the legal free route, use ITVX in its supported UK territory. For US viewers, check Hulu for an eligible trial or promotional offer, while remembering that Hulu generally requires payment.
