There is no single website that carries every MMA event. The rights are split between promotions, countries, event series, and even different parts of the same card. In the United States, the right service depends on whether you want UFC, PFL, ONE Championship, an archive, or a smaller promotion.
The guide below focuses on legitimate MMA streaming options available in the U.S. as of August 2026, including the major change that moved UFC live events away from the old ESPN+ pay-per-view model.
The main legitimate MMA streaming websites
| Service | Best for | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Paramount+ | UFC live events | The exclusive U.S. streaming home for the UFC’s 13 numbered events and 30 Fight Nights in 2026. Qualifying subscribers do not make a separate pay-per-view purchase. |
| UFC Fight Pass | Archives and smaller promotions | Includes a large combat-sports library, selected UFC content, and live events from promotions such as Cage Warriors, LFA, Fury FC, Cage Fury FC, Lux Fight League, and Battlefield Fight League. |
| ESPN and the ESPN App | PFL events | PFL uses different ESPN outlets depending on the event. The main card may be on ESPN or ESPN2, while prelims may be listed on the ESPN App. |
| Prime Video | ONE Fight Night events | U.S. and Canadian viewers can generally watch ONE Fight Night cards live with an Amazon Prime membership. |
| watch.onefc.com | ONE’s direct streams | ONE uses its own website for selected events and regional broadcasts. Some events are also available through official YouTube or Facebook channels. |
| Official promotion websites and channels | Free prelims and smaller cards | Promotions sometimes stream prelims, weigh-ins, press conferences, countdown shows, or entire events through verified websites and social accounts. |
Paramount+ is now the U.S. UFC destination
For UFC viewers in the United States, advice based on the old ESPN+ arrangement is out of date. ESPN+ was the U.S. provider for UFC pay-per-views through 2025. Beginning in 2026, the UFC’s U.S. live-event rights moved to Paramount+ under the new UFC–Paramount agreement.
Paramount+ is the exclusive U.S. streaming home for the UFC’s 13 numbered events and 30 Fight Nights. Selected numbered events are also simulcast on CBS. Qualifying Paramount+ subscribers receive the events without buying a separate UFC pay-per-view.

- HD streaming made simple: With America’s number 1 TV streaming platform,* exploring popular apps—plus tons of free movies, shows, and live TV—is as easy as it is fun. *Based on hours streamed—Hypothesis Group
- Compact without compromises: The sleek design of Roku Streaming Stick won’t block neighboring HDMI ports, and it even powers from your TV alone, plugging into the back and staying out of sight. No wall outlet, no extra cords, no clutter.
- No more juggling remotes: Power up your TV, adjust the volume, and control your Roku device with one remote. Use your voice to quickly search, play entertainment, and more.
- Shows on the go: Take your TV to-go when traveling—without needing to log into someone else’s device.
- TV, simplified: With setup that only takes minutes, a simple-to-navigate Home Screen, and an uncluttered remote control that does all you need—Roku makes it easier to watch the TV you love.
That does not make Paramount+ the home of every piece of UFC video. UFC Fight Pass remains useful for the historical UFC library, eligible replays, selected early prelims where regional rights allow, and live programming from other combat-sports organizations.
What UFC Fight Pass actually provides
Fight Pass is best understood as an archive and combat-sports library rather than the current U.S. destination for the complete UFC live schedule.
- Historical UFC fights and event replays.
- Selected UFC live content, including early prelims in some regions.
- Live and on-demand programming from smaller MMA promotions.
- Grappling, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and other combat sports.
Its catalogue is not identical worldwide. Local broadcast agreements can remove or delay particular titles, so check the Fight Pass listing for your country before subscribing for a specific event.

- No more fumbling in the dark: See what you’re pressing with backlit buttons.
- Say goodbye to batteries: Keep your remote powered for months on a single charge.
PFL requires an event-by-event check
PFL distribution cannot safely be reduced to “PFL is on ESPN+.” The promotion’s 2026 event announcements show that different cards use different ESPN outlets, and that the main card and prelims may be separated.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFor example, the PFL New York announcement listed the main card on ESPN and the prelims on the ESPN App. A PFL Austin listing placed the main card on ESPN2 and the early card on the ESPN App. The channel can therefore change from one event to the next.
- Go to pflmma.com.
- Open the announcement for the specific event.
- Find the section marked How to Watch or the event’s broadcast information.
- Check the main-card and preliminary-card listings separately.
- Confirm whether the listing says ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPN App.
An ESPN listing may require an eligible television or streaming subscription. Do not assume that an existing ESPN+ subscription alone provides every part of every PFL card; the official event page is the more reliable source.

- Breathtaking picture quality: Stunningly sharp 4K picture brings out rich detail in your entertainment with four times the resolution of HD. Watch as colors pop off your screen and enjoy lifelike clarity with Dolby Vision and HDR10+.
- Seamless streaming for any room: With Roku Streaming Stick 4K, watch your favorite entertainment on any TV in the house, even in rooms farther from your router thanks to the long-range Wi-Fi receiver.
- Shows on the go: Take your TV to-go when traveling—without needing to log into someone else’s device.
- Compact without compromises: Our sleek design won’t block neighboring HDMI ports, so you can switch from streaming to gaming with ease. Plus, it’s designed to stay hidden behind your TV, keeping wires neatly out of sight
ONE Championship: identify the event series
ONE’s platform depends heavily on the name of the event. The most useful distinction is between ONE Fight Night, ONE Friday Fights, and numbered or special events.
- ONE Fight Night: generally associated with Prime Video for U.S. primetime events. Recent listings, including ONE Fight Night 44, directed U.S. and Canadian viewers to Prime Video.
- ONE Friday Fights: often uses regional partners, watch.onefc.com, or official YouTube and Facebook streams for selected events.
- Numbered and special events: may use a separate broadcaster or ONE’s direct streaming service.
Check the viewing guide on onefc.com rather than assuming that a Prime Video subscription covers every ONE card. Regional availability can differ even when an event is promoted globally.
Where to find free legal MMA streams
Some MMA content is legitimately free, but free access is usually limited to a particular card, territory, or portion of an event. Common examples include:

A free stream is not automatically illegal. The useful test is its source: does the link appear on the promotion’s official website, verified YouTube channel, official Facebook page, or published “How to Watch” guide? If so, it may be an authorized free broadcast. If the link comes from an anonymous site promising every major event for free, treat it very differently.

Be cautious with a website that:
- Advertises every UFC, PFL, ONE, and other major event without naming a rights holder.
- Provides no licensing, broadcaster, or promotion information.
- Uses several pop-ups or fake play buttons before showing a video.
- Asks you to install an unfamiliar browser extension or video player.
- Requests payment-card details to “verify” a free stream.
- Redirects repeatedly or changes domain names after takedowns.
- Offers a live card before the promotion has announced its broadcast.
The risks go beyond copyright infringement. Unauthorized sports-streaming sites can expose visitors to malware, credential theft, aggressive advertising, and payment fraud. In July 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the seizure of more than 1,000 domains used to stream World Cup matches without authorization and warned that operators may inject malware or steal payment information.
Unauthorized retransmission of a copyrighted live sports performance may also infringe the owner’s public-performance rights under U.S. copyright law. A VPN does not change that position or guarantee access to a broadcaster. It does not create viewing rights, and streaming services can restrict accounts according to location and licensing agreements.

FAQ
What is the main UFC streaming website in the U.S. in 2026?
Paramount+ is the exclusive U.S. streaming home for the UFC’s 2026 numbered events and Fight Nights. Qualifying subscribers receive those events without a separate pay-per-view purchase. ESPN+ is no longer the current U.S. UFC pay-per-view service.
Does UFC Fight Pass show every UFC event live?
No. Fight Pass provides the UFC archive, eligible replays, selected regional live content, and many smaller combat-sports promotions. It is not the current U.S. home for the full UFC live schedule, and availability varies by country.
Where can I watch PFL events?
Check the individual event page at pflmma.com. PFL may place a main card on ESPN or ESPN2 and prelims on the ESPN App. The distribution can change between events.
Are free MMA streams legal?
Some are. Promotions occasionally stream events, prelims, weigh-ins, or replays free through their official websites and verified YouTube or Facebook accounts. Use the promotion’s own viewing guide as the source; anonymous sites offering every major event for free are a warning sign.

For U.S. viewers in 2026, use Paramount+ for the UFC, consult each PFL event page for its ESPN outlet, and use Prime Video mainly for ONE Fight Night cards. UFC Fight Pass is primarily an archive and broader combat-sports service, while ONE’s direct website and official social channels cover selected regional and free broadcasts. When a stream is not linked by the promotion or its announced broadcaster, it is safer to assume that it is unauthorized.
