When people think of bodybuilding and competition, they always think bodybuilders consume a lot of chemicals to achieve that body. And that is partly true.

To be honest, it is almost impossible to get all those muscles without using any chemicals. But then there are people doing it the natural way.

And there is a World Championships for Natural Bodybuilding. This documentary takes you inside the last 10 weeks of Rico van Huizen, who was preparing for the Championship in 2015. He talks all about nutrition, training, and lifestyle of a person who wants to be a natural bodybuilder. It is nice to see another aspect of the sport. Check it out!
