You have probably heard the saying “a glass of wine a day is a healthy”. Of course you have. It is one of the marketing secrets of the wine industry.

Now, without saying that wine is not good for you, or good for you, how true is that saying? Truth be told, there are many myths and misconceptions in the world of healthy living and healthy eating.

The reality is that many of these myths lack scientific background. And that is exactly what this documentary is.

Giving many of the myths and misconceptions a scientific background. And let’s be honest, people want to believe in something. Lifestyle trends have become a religion.

And then you have the boomerang effect. The more you try to destroy a myth, the more people believe in it.

This documentary does not try to destroy all the myths and your beliefs. It just tries to give you a scientific approach to the myth that spinach is a good source of iron.
