The kidnapping campaign of Nazi Germany

The plight of children abducted by Nazi forces during World War II is a harrowing and largely untold chapter of history. But now, a gripping new documentary sheds light on the unimaginable horrors faced by these children – who were taken from their families, rebranded with new identities, and forced to assimilate into the German way of life.

The documentary follows the story of Hermann Lüdeking, Jozef Sowa, and Alodia Witaszek, three Polish children who were abducted by Nazi forces and subjected to a torturous childhood in Germany. Through a collection of compelling interviews, archival footage, and expert analysis, viewers will be transported back in time to witness the tragic events that unfolded as a result of Heinrich Himmler’s terrible order – and come to understand why the legacy of these kidnappings continues to haunt the surviving victims to this day.
